GREAT PLACE

Great place to stay for the entire family! The house is AMAZING and the toys and chairs and umbrellas that come with the house make going to the beach a breeze. Will definitely stay there again.

Annual Family Vacation

This property meet all of our needs, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, house was very clean, great distance to the beach, loved that there was plenty of chairs & toys for the kids, would definitely recommend staying here

A great place to stay

The location is perfect. Short walk to beach. We enjoyed sitting outside, nice view of the water and the activity along 30 A. Lots of room for the six of us, great house!

Beach vacation

We had a great time here at Seajoy! The location was great and the size of the house fit our family (11 people - 3 families) perfectly. We enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this house to anyone.

Close to beach access and in view of the Gulf. Really appreciated the owner’s flexibility and clear instructions. Charming multi-level with a great beach feel!

Great house for family

Perfect experience from start to finish. Best property owner and management that we have experienced in the 25 plus years we have been vacationing on the gulf. Great size for a big family, and quick access to the beach. Thank you for a great property!

Perfect house with everything you need.

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Great location to the beach but still in a quiet area. House has everything you need. Lots of toys for the kids.

Family vacay

Our family vacation at this home was perfect. The home is immaculate, a wonderful location, convenient to beach and restaurants. Renee went above and beyond to accompany us. We had only one issue of a public security light shining in a bedroom. She had eye masks sent to the house for this issue. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. We had eight adults and were never crowded. Plenty of space for us all. We had an amazing week!

We loved Seajoy!

We loved our stay at Seajoy! It is right across the street from the beach access, which is perfect for our family. We also loved being able to ride our bikes to Rosemary in the evenings if we wanted to. The new floors were pretty too! Renee, the owner, is incredibly easy to work with and answered all of my questions prior to the trip.

Amazing house in a great location

The house was well stocked, clean with close and easy beach access. We really couldn’t have asked for more. The view from the balconies are amazing. The pool was usually empty besides us. The beach was close. With the houses being close to one another, we worried about noisy neighbors a bit, but that was not an issue at all. We would not hesitate to book in this location again.

Perfect location for our family vacation

This location was perfect for our family vacation (total of 6 adults and two kids). It was so nice to walk in and be greeted with a welcome package that included goodies and a bottle of wine. We loved how close to the beach it is, which was literally right across the street. Also, all the beach amenities that are included in the house (beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.) was a huge plus. We also loved how close to The Hub we were which made it easy for dinner options everynight. Paradise Properties went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. I highly recommend this property!!!

Sr Spring Break with daughter and friends

I cannot say enough about how amazing Renee was to work with us and let us stay an additional night and have an early check-in. They have a TON of great beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys! The kitchen is WELL stocked with great serving dishes and tools to use for cooking. Great location, a super quick walk to the beach. Our only complaint would be that 30-A has grown and is not the same quaint place we have enjoyed the past 35 years. If we do come back to this area, we will definitely reach out to Renee!!

Close to everything you’ll ever want and need!

Reneé’s house was amazing! Access to the beach is directly across the street. Rosemary and Alys are right next door with Seaside only a very short drive away. The home itself was very comfortable- the two separate thermostats were great in accommodating two separate temperatures on the lower and upper floors, which meant everyone was happy. The kitchen was well stocked and every balcony had its own charm and seating. Seating in the living areas was comfortable and the TVs in each room with tons of channels were a bonus. Overall great place!

Perfect House

Run don’t walk to rent this property! It was perfect and spacious for our group of 3 couples and 1 teenager. Beach access was just across the street. House was clean and as described online. Owner was responsive and pleasant to work with. The best feature was the 3rd floor with 1/2 bath, pullout sofa and tv. My son had his own space to escape to. We will definitely return to Seajoy!

Great house, great location.

This is a great house! Accommodations were nice and we enjoyed our time immensely. Plenty of room for kids to have there own space away from the adults. House is on the end right next to beach walkover so it was actually closer than some properties we've rented that are beach side. There are stairs down to beach, but it wasn't a problem for our crew. This house is in close proximity to Panama City and Seaside. We traveled both ways, and just a short bike ride to Alys and Rosemary beaches. I would definitely stay in Renee's house again and she was a pleasure to work with.
