Everything was great for my family's stay. The space was great for 2 adults and a toddler and the location was easy to get around as well. Clean and exactly as seen on the listing. Will definitely book again when we visit again.

Beautiful property with nice space inside and out close to many nice restaurants cafes and things to do and see. We spent 8 nights and it was lovely

Worked great for our family of 4, just big enough. Good location close to everything in Monterey within a short 10-15min drive. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything about this place was amazing. The property was beyond my expectations. Centrally located to Cannery Row and Carmel was very close by. Communication was very good and check in was easy. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will stay again

Overall the property was very nice. It was cozy and comfortable. A couple pans in the kitchen were rusting/worn to the point we wouldn’t use them. One was fine so it wasn’t a big deal. The only real problem was the garage. One other review mentioned the garage was small. That’s an understatement. I’m amazed other people haven’t mentioned this and assume no one else has had two cars. The door is very narrow. Neither driver of our cars (a civic and accord sedans) felt sure they could get in and out with damaging their cars or the garage door tracks. If you have two cars, be prepared to park one car on the street.

The house is exactly as described with plenty of amenities for a very comfortable stay. Great location to everything in the Monterey / Carmel area. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Seaside. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The layout was perfect—spacious, inviting, and ideal for both unwinding and spending quality time together. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and all the little details truly made it feel like a home away from home.The location was another huge plus. It’s tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still conveniently close to the ocean, shopping, and all the nearby attractions in Monterey and Carmel. We especially loved being able to easily explore the area and come back to such a calm, comfortable space.Communication with the host was seamless and professional throughout the entire process, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable.Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Nice stay

Nice place. Check-in requires additional steps of personal verification and a contract at the last minute. But we got it done in time before arriving and company was helpful.

Seaside vibes

A magnificent welcoming venue that really captures the decor and vibes of seaside life. The property management team were always courteous and super responsive. For instance, they were flexible and very accommodating of our early arrival due to unforeseen schedule changes. Highly recommended, well situated with access to the sights and scenes in the area a short drive away.

Switch on one of the bedroom lamps is missing plastic thing you twist. Light bulb burned out in bathroom vanity light. Otherwise everything was great. We’re sorry to have to leave.

Family reunion near by.

Great smaller home. Recently updated and was done very well. Very narrow garage door opening, but would work for most any type vehicle. Quiet neighborhood but not within walking distance of most anything. Great back yard with picknick table and nice lighting. It is a short drive to grocery stores and casual dinning. Also short drive to beach and fisherman's wharf and to the aquarium.
