This 2-bedroom, 2-bath property sleeps up to 8 guests and features an open floor plan that maximizes space and natural light. The kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops and a bar area, making it a great spot for preparing meals and socializing. The living room, with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, offers stunning views of the Gulf and opens to a partially covered deck, where there's plenty of seating to enjoy the gulf breeze.
The master bedroom includes a King bed and private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step outside from the master onto the deck to enjoy panoramic Gulf views. The guest bedroom is well-appointed with a Queen bed and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, and it shares access to a full bath with a shower/tub combo.
Just steps away, a dune walkover provides easy access to the pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters. Watch dolphins play in the surf or soak in the vibrant sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the deck. This pet-friendly townhome also offers a spacious garage with plenty of room for storing beach essentials, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway.
Portside Villas also offers a pool and tennis courts in the center of the development.
