Family-friendly 3-bedroom house with lake views

Walking distance to downtown Saranac Lake, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property has everything that a group needs to enjoy everything that the Adirondacks has to offer. With amazing lake views, we pride ourselves in maintaining the perfect space to enjoy your coffee before heading out to explore.

The owners have two young children, so the house is equipped with everything a family would need to get away in the mountains, including toys, a pack-and-play, hiking backpack, dishes, a high-chair, and more.

**Please note that the house does rest on a hill and parking is street level. There are two staircases (about 40 steps in total) that you have to climb to get to the main entrance of the house.**

Hidden gem at Lake Flower

The house was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll be within walking distance of downtown Saranac Lake. Also, there are canoe rentals and hiking close by. Finally, there are plenty of restaurants within driving distance or grocery stores if you wish to eat-in.

This place was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed in the house and every time we thought we needed to go get something. It was already there. Gaby was great and so far as texting and keeping me informed on things. We actually reached out to see if we could do it again, but unfortunately, it looks like she’s booked. This woman deserves a gold star for this place.

Welcoming home with a view

Thank you for your attention to detail - we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, especially the pancake mix and maple syrup, which were such a treat!The house was clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The location was perfect, with great options for hiking, beaches, and scenic drives. We also found the guidebook with walks and local recommendations very helpful.Thanks again for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Lovely little getaway with kiddos!

This is a great property and a great location, lovely view. The kids loved playing on the porch and enjoyed the toys and books that were there! We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed well stocked, the house had everything we needed! The only slightly critical thing I would say is that we did get strong wiffs of dog every now and then, but not the end of the world. (We have a daughter who is allergic to dogs so I was a little worried but she was totally fine). The girls spotted a deer in the yard while we were eating breakfast which was a real treat for them, they already asked if we could go back again next year!

Wonderful weekend away!

Gabriela has a wonderful home. It was clean, warm, and welcoming when we arrived. We really appreciated the attention to details such as comfy beds, fluffy towels, and well stocked kitchen. Also Gabriela was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great House

My wife, adult son and I spent the weekend. We skied In whiteface and enjoyed the local restaurants. Great house with large decks that we took advantage of on a warm March day.

Best rental experience

We booked this house for a long weekend and had an absolutely amazing experience. Even before arriving, the hosts provided great suggestions on activities in the area. The hosts went above and beyond in accommodating our family for an earlier than planned arrival. They were responsive to any messages we sent, replying within minutes. Absolutely wonderful to work with!The house itself was even bigger in person that it looked in the photos and was very clean and beds were very comfortable . The owners literally thought of everything and had the house stocked with anything you could possibly need. We don’t have little children, but they do have a very child friendly set up (outlet covers, plastic plates/utensils, a lock on the trash can, kid height peephole on the bedroom door). They had a huge assortment of games and books for all ages as well as a bunch of kids toys. The location was great. Amazing lake view and so close to everything we wanted to do. I don’t think we had to drive more than 20 minutes (it would have been shorter but roads were snow covered) to get to any of the local attractions and many things were just 10 minutes away. I would love to come back in the spring next time and would definitely want to stay in the same house. Highly recommend!

My family and I live in Washington D.C. now but thanks to the commuter flights into Ogdensburg, we spend many long weekends back in the Adirondacks. It is such a gift to be able to share a community that is so special to us with our guests. We LOVE providing you recommendations on places to eat, drink, and explore. Please don't hesitate to ask!!

You cannot beat the location or the view! We can walk downtown to enjoy everything that this community has to offer or we can quietly sip coffee on the porch while we watch the fog roll off the lake in the morning. It's our dream house!

We rest up on a hill that overlooks Lake Flower, downtown Saranac Lake, and Mount Baker so you cannot beat the day-to-day view. For any holiday that involves fireworks (New Years, 4th of July, or Winter Carnival) we have the best view in town from right on our living room couch.
