We had an excellent time at this property. Everything was clean and the owners went above and beyond to make sure everything you may need was there for you to have a great time. Location is close to everything g but you still have a private and spacious backyard

The home was perfect for our family vacation. We were shocked at how accessible local beaches and sites were. The house’s floor plan was great for both family time and personal space and the backyard is a dream. Our two tweens already can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay for a family meet up. House was spacious and had everything we needed. Lots of activities and space for kids too! Loved the style.

Easy to find and access. Nice location from downtown while not being in the middle of the busy area. We did not cook in but the house seemed to have all of the amenities needed.

We had a family of 4 plus grandparents for a total of 6 plus a dog. The house was great for everyone to have their own spaces and gathering areas for meals and games was perfect for 6. The house was setup nicely for a dog and had blankets for the dog that ours loved. The hot tub was a nice warmup spot to get out of the snow. The owners were great with communication and quick to respond. Overall this house was a great pick for us.

What a pretty property! We were in Traverse City for a girl's weekend and we are talking - grandma, mom, daughter and friends. There was something for everyone and the house couldn't have felt any more welcoming and homier! And the location was perfect - close to downtown, close to the vineyards and so much more. Thank you!!

Soccer Players in the Vet's Cup

We are a group of over 65 women that were playing in a soccer tournament. This house was perfect for our group. Beds were very comfortable, house was well stocked and the host was great to work with.

Very clean and lots of amenities

The place was perfect for what we needed and a good location for the things we wanted to do. The amenities were nice and the owners really stocked the kitchen well with cooking utensils. Was very considerate of little ones with toddler plates, spoons and forks. Quiet neighborhood, nice backyard, decorated well with recent updates. Timely responses from the property manager.

Perfect Getaway

This property is perfect for every type of visitors. We rented for a 4 day Ladies Getaway and we enjoyed this property to the max. It's not walkable to downtown or restaurants, etc. but we used Lyft when we didn't want to drive ourselves. The owners have thought of everything! We started with a great night around the fire pit, wineries & casino, golf, shopping & The Tall Ship - Manitou, and some great restaurants! Everyone was exhausted when we left!

This house was perfect for our group of 8 (2 families). The ping pong table, dartboard, Pacman machine (with other games), karaoke machine, disc golf, and hot tub were a big hit for all ages while hanging at the house. The paddleboards (with auto pump that plugs into the car) was such a nice touch and were so fun to take out on Lake Michigan! House is centrally located... only 10 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Traverse City; and very easy to get to Sleeping Bear Dunes and lots of beautiful Lake Michigan beaches. Drew and Bridget were super communicative, very responsive, and check-in/out was a breeze. I would highly recommend and would definitely come stay here again.

Great Home with EVERYTHING you need!

Our family of 7 (including a set of grandparents) was in town to tour Great Lakes Maritime Academy with our rising high school senior. This property is an easy 10-15 minute drive to Traverse City and the Maritime Academy and is the most thoroughly and thoughtfully stocked rental home we have ever stayed in. Aside from the location, we picked this home primarily because it is pet-friendly (we were traveling with our dog), has furniture/common spaces that allowed all 7 of us to sit & spend time together, and it had an ideal bed/bedroom setup. The home seems to have been recently renovated and is VERY clean and comfortable. In addition, the ping pong table and hot tub were both in perfect condition and were used and appreciated!

Such a welcoming and comfortable retreat!Nice hot tub and firepit area, the backyard was a secluded oasis among the trees. Inside, the hosts included so many personal touches, I could tell that they thought to themselves “what would I want/need” when they furnished the rental. We had 8 in our group, including one grandma and two families with three kids and one dog. Plenty of room for all of us, additional features included the game room and the ping pong table in the garage. We only had time to stay 3 nights, but wish we could stay longer. Definitely a place we would like to visit again.
