***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

Beach Club

The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

Unit #206 is a second floor unit that offers you a southwest view of the water, You'll relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You'll have your own oceanview patio.

A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

Imperial Beach was great. Cute, walkable town from the property, friendly locals and a close drive to beautiful Coronado. The view from the property was truly worth it and we loved how the beach was never crowded. The pool and the hot tub were also well kept and a nice retreat from the ocean.

Check-in was rough because some information was incorrectly communicated and it was difficult to get ahold of the management to be able to correct the issue. The property was very clean and comfortable. The TV was great for watching the World Cup with views of the ocean. Beach access is easy but the condo does angle towards a public park that can get noisy (car stereos). The neighborhood spirit is off the charts with several parades for July 4th. We had a nice time and would recommend this place to friends.

The condo was as described. Check in/out was made easy by great communication. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. The view of the pier and beach was spectacular!

Condo had a great view, but you couldn't swim in the water because of bacteria. We were there to recuperate from some medical procedures we had out there and the bedroom TV didn't work at all and the living room TV didn't have cable. Four days into our stay that was finally resolved. We were told we would get some reimbursement for that, but when I got home, I emailed them three times and called but never got any response.

The unit and facility was great. Beach/sunset view also great. Areas of improvement… check in was a bit complicated, made sense once we figured it out. Tried to call VRBO for guidance, was a Sunday so didn’t reach anyone. All said, I would definitely go back to this property.

The apartment is as advertised! The view to the beach was incredible. The apartment was clean, well furnished with pots, pans, dishes, kitchenware, and towels. The refrigerator was a nice size, so was the freezer. Bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms were very nice. At the end of each day, we went out on to the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful sunset!! This is a great place to stay. Instructions given to us by the host were clear and accurate. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The host was outstanding with fast responses to any questions and excellent arrival instructions. The condo was in an excellent location; close to awesome restaurants and right on the beach. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen had all the basics and the refrigerator was a must.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We would definately go back again. They even have the wake boards and beach chairs for you. They have a fold away wagon, that comes in very handy for luggage and beach times.

Great getaway

Nice property, walkable area with beach shops, restaurants/bars, convenience stores in walking distance. View from the balcony is incredible! Pool not heated and hot tub not working. Great landing pad for San Diego sights but early checkout at 10am was a bummer and much earlier than nearby hotels.

The beach vacation is the best part!

The location is right on the beach. We loved hearing the ocean and feel the breeze. It was gorgeous. The place is a little dated but the beds were comfy and everything worked as described. The jacuzzi didn't work and I sent a request about it but never heard back. The place is within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. We would love to go back!

Beachfront

Right on the beach, the pool is supposed to be quiet and you'd be fined if you were loud at the pool. A little dated on the amenities and was hard to find the correct parking spots because the paint was so faded.
