Great condo

This is a great condo with a great patio! It is the best stocked condo we have ever rented. The owner is great and really cares.

We had a great time!

We sure enjoyed our time there, the pictures don’t make justice to the place, the beach view is outstanding and the owner was more than accommodating. We would highly recommend this place. Brad and Alba.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family of four and friends with a one-year old had a fantastic time! Nancy was very responsive and a great host! The place was just as described, clean, comfortable beds, and more than what you would expect for amenities. Plenty of options for food and drinks nearby. The best part was the patio right on the beach with plenty of seating options!

Amazing stay on the beach

This was an amazing week on the beach for our family. Surprisingly quiet but right in the heart of things. Lots of fun walkable places to eat. Great beachcombing for miles and miles with tons of great shells. The place is very well equipped.

Beautiful Property

We had 3 adults and 3 kids on our vacation. This property had the perfect view and it was a beautiful place to stay. Nancy was awesome and great to work with!

Serenity by the sea

The name of the place pretty much says it all. It wasn’t hard to find serenity relaxing on the spacious patio overlooking the beach and enjoying beautiful sunsets. You cannot find a better location for a family vacation.

Relaxing days at the beach

This was an exceptionally well-equipped and well-stocked property. Great location. Comfortable. Convenient to restaurants and stores...and, of course, to the beach.

Had a great time!

Great views and access to the beach. My 12 and 15 year olds loved it. Nancy the host was fantastic! House was very nice! Had a blast and will book again!

Excellent oceanfront location

We loved the area and the proximity to the beach. The back patio was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with the extras you need to make your meals complete. Very secure facility. We loved having a pool and hot tub on the property.

Right in the beach!

Great location, walking distance to several restaurants. Right next to a park which got a little noisy at times. Easy access to downtown san diego for other fun options. Cute place with everything you would need.

Beautiful oceanfront property

We stayed for 10 days and the condo was a perfect fit for our family. The ocean view was spectacular and we enjoyed taking walks along the pier too. Nancy was great to work with and easy to communicate with as well. We hope to be back again!

Vacation

Wonderfully relaxing trip, spent on the patio listening to the waves. The condo is extremely well equipped (better than home!) and comfortable. Cute design, cozy rooms. Couldn't have asked for better!

Great location, great unit

Amenities were terrific. The unit was well equipped with everything you would need and more. The location & access to beach, pool, restaurants, etc. couldn't have been more perfect. Communication with Nancy was easy and she answered/provided anything you need. Great stay!

Great beach and great place to stay.

This is an excellent beachfront property. The sound of the waves and the coastal air assist in providing wonderful relaxation. Windows in the living room and kitchen area and in the master bedroom provide great view of the ocean and the IB Pier. We really enjoyed the large deck area during morning coffee and later to enjoy the sun while visiting with friends. we enjoyed the community of Imperial Beach and plan on returning in the future.

Outstanding Spot on Imperial Beach

For a short family vacation with family spanning three generations, this was the perfect place. It was exactly as advertised, and at a location that is both lovely and convenient. The neighborhood was very pleasant, with a good variety of food spots within a short walking distance (the tacos at Mike Hess Brewing, two blocks away, were killer). The owner, Nancy, obviously takes a lot of pride in this place, and it has everything a visitor could need. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved It!

We had a glorious time! The place is lovely - just as advertised! We were well cared for by the host, Nancy. We were looking for a sanctuary, a quiet get away that would give us space to reflect. It was PERFECT!

Nancy has thought of every detail to make the condo comfortable and accommodating!

Very easy check in. Nancy very easy to get ahold of if necessary (we had no issues with anything). Very beachy feel. Check out the pier and some local restaurants! Nice neighborhood with everything needed close by.

Serenity by the Sea

Serenity by the Sea was better than we anticipated! The condo is decorated in a way that we knew we were going to have a special get away. Nancy's attention to detail is amazing and the beds were so comfy. I look forward to coming back with my husband and kids for a relaxing getaway. And the neighborhood is adorable with all sorts of great places within walking distance.

Greatest beach house ever!

Wonderful experience for Thanksgiving. Everything you could possibly need to cook, serve, and enjoy a holiday or any day meal. Then relax on the deck in the sun facing the crashing surf. Finish with cool outside breezes or cozy coverlets on great beds. Thanks to Nancy & the mermaids.

Imperial Beach

Great location that was convenient to get to. Nearby restaurant's within walking distance. Wonderful patio with updated furniture overlooking the beach. New kitchen and bathrooms. Indoor locked parking. We had a good stay and would recommend this unit.
