The Bungalows at St Simons Park • Unit #640: Embrace coastal living in this beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath retreat, just a short 5–7 minute walk from Pier Village and the island's sun-drenched beaches. Tucked away on a private, tranquil street, Unit #640 is one of four stylish bungalows sharing a sparkling community pool (Seasonal Pool Closure starting October 31st and will reopen in April) and gardened common areas. Upscale coastal décor, high-end furnishings, and playful wallpaper set the tone for a true island getaway.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Spring break groups and events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, etc. are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted
Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) as well as pool/beach towels are provided
