Beautiful direct oceanfront condo. Newly remodeled with hardwood floors and updated ameninties. Balcony and great view from 2nd floor. Quiet. Just steps to beautiful beach. Large heated pool, new beach walk-over, washer/dryer on premises with ice machines. Great location, close to St Augustine, Marineland, restaurants and lighthouse. One block from intracoastal also with boat rentals and fishing. King bed in master with queen pullout. Sleeps 4 to 5 comfortably. Full Kitchen, ceiling fans, beach chairs to use at no charge, tv/dvd in every room. WiFi . Beautiful place.

Perfect for us

The condo was well represented. A couple of nice surprises: the stairs from the beach were some steps and then a ramp to the building; the umbrella (much needed) was a quality umbrella that easily screwed into the sand; the chairs on the patio were high stools that let you see over the railing. It was a wonderful stay and we plan on returning!

Perfect for my husband and I

The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. The view was gorgeous, and the location was within great distance to everything! I love how easy it was to get to the pool/beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful ocean view with convenient access. Condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. Located an easy drive to all of the sights and activites we were interested in. Best water pressure ever in the shower! Will happily recommend to others.

If you are looking for an ocean view condo, do not pass this up. Brenda’s condo was perfect, clean and it has all the things you need for a beach vacation. It has a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Easy access to all the things you need. We loved that the beach was not over crowded.

A true 5 property

This place was incredible, a truly amazing stay at a beautiful beach. This place was clean and very comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever said this about a stay, but the bed and the pillows were so comfortable!The location for the beach is perfect! The only slight downside is that it’s about 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store and about 15 from St. Augustine downtown, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. You have a convenient store just across the street, and a pizza place (Tony’s) which is right there as well, and we also recommend.We visited other beaches in the area and Crescent beach was by far the best. White sand, palm trees, beautiful flowers, perfect waves and water. On our last day we watched the sunrise from the balcony and saw dolphins in the waves! The host, Brenda, was wonderful and always very quick to communicate. There was a planned power outages while we were there for city upgrades and everything was very well coordinated and communicated. This place would be good for small family as well! This place is also ADA accessible from the ramps and elevator. If you are ever considering a stay in St. Augustine or Anastasia Island, this is your place to stay. Also pictures: a tortious (I cried when I saw him wandering through under the balcony,) and a sandpiper who decided to saw hello.Best places to visit nearby: St. Augustine downtown, Lighthouse Museum, Alligator Farm, Red Boat Tours (dolphin excursion,) and much more.

Picture Perfect!

We have stayed here before, and we enjoy it every time. The space is well-furnished for cooking (or not) and the view is exactly as advertised. The view of the ocean and the sound of the surf from the patio keep us coming back! The comfortable bed, easy process on arrival and checking in/out is so nice. Brenda texted to make sure our arrival was seamless, so great communication on her part. Overall, this place ranks high on our favorite places. It is everything we need and enjoy for a few days away!

Beach Getaway.

Wonderful beachside condo!

The view is amazing! I haven't stayed directly on the beach in years. I could not have been more pleased. My husband and I had a very comfortable weekend getaway. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and the breeze. Brenda was very patient in dealing with my poor reading of the check in materials! She was very quick to respond. Would stay again!

The ocean condo was great

The condo is small but plenty of room for the two of us and stretched to include daughter and two grandchildren for a few days. Stayed 6 weeks. Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Most importantly, the balcony looked right out on the ocean and the heated pool is large and well kept up.

Wonderful beach condo

A lovely beach condo for our weekend stay to St. Augustine. The view was better than I imagined and access to the beach itself was easy and perfect for sunrise! Brenda’s condo is very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the quietness of the area. Will be saving her listing for future trips! Easy to uber to historic down town.

Gorgeous sunrise

Great condo. Perfect for two people. It has everything you need. The beach is beautiful and the pool is very nice. There’s even a bathroom next to the pool which is very handy. Just a short drive into historic St. Augustine.
