Beautiful direct oceanfront condo. Newly remodeled with hardwood floors and updated ameninties. Balcony and great view from 2nd floor. Quiet. Just steps to beautiful beach. Large heated pool, new beach walk-over, washer/dryer on premises with ice machines. Great location, close to St Augustine, Marineland, restaurants and lighthouse. One block from intracoastal also with boat rentals and fishing. King bed in master with queen pullout. Sleeps 4 to 5 comfortably. Full Kitchen, ceiling fans, beach chairs to use at no charge, tv/dvd in every room. WiFi . Beautiful place.

Holiday vacation

We were so pleased with our stay. The view was beautiful and the condo was so warm and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided. This was the perfect week long getaway. Looking forward to our next trip.

Relaxing getaway

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Brenda’s place. Her communication was top notch.The bed was extremely comfy and the views of the ocean perfect.

Wonderful beach condo

A lovely beach condo for our weekend stay to St. Augustine. The view was better than I imagined and access to the beach itself was easy and perfect for sunrise! Brenda’s condo is very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the quietness of the area. Will be saving her listing for future trips! Easy to uber to historic down town.

Lovely unit.

All was great. View is excellent, the unit is perfect for the two of us and very clean. Looking forward to going back. Hope we get better weather next time around. PS. Working with Brenda was a joy.

Gorgeous sunrise

Great condo. Perfect for two people. It has everything you need. The beach is beautiful and the pool is very nice. There’s even a bathroom next to the pool which is very handy. Just a short drive into historic St. Augustine.

Beachers Lodge 220

We have stayed at Beacher’s lodge many times and one other time in 220. We Love Crescent Beach! Brenda’s condo is very nice…has everything you need! We like the extra space that this one has, some of the others at Beachers are really small! Bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. All in All, A Very Nice Stay!❤️

Perfect Location

Loved the location of the property. 15-20 minutes away from the historic downtown St. Augustine (just far enough away from the crowds) which made this ideal for us. Fantastic view from the balcony, clean room and very organized with answers to almost any question that you may have. Everything from how to work the remotes to the nearest attractions and best restaurants all organized in a 3-ring binder. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Great Condo

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well equipped. Location was great with well kept access to the beach. The manager was extremely fast to respond and help me when I had difficulties finding the check in instructions (which was my fault). I would definitely stay at this property again.

Awesome Vacation at Crescent Beach.

This is a great property. It had everything you would need for a beach vacation stay even beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Our first impression when we walked into the condo was “WOW”. Perfect Honeymoon!

This property was perfect for our honeymoon! The second floor condo is located above sand dunes (rather than above the pool) which provided lots of privacy! It also includes an incredible view of the ocean and a lovely little balcony to enjoy breakfast at the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was nice and clean! Brenda was also a great host and communicated efficiently. You could tell she truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We loved this little place and highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Great stay at Crescent beach

We rented Brenda’s condo for a girls getaway. We had the best time! The place was perfect…clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The views of the beach and ocean were amazing. Brenda was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thank you Brenda!!

Wonderful!

My husband and I had the best time celebrating our 7th anniversary! The condo was perfect and so relaxing. We were close to restaurants and even went to play putt putt. The view was incredible for morning coffee and evening wine. Highly recommend and would love to come back! Thank you Brenda for everything!

Ocean beauty

The oceanfront view is outstanding! The condo is small but feels spacious. The kitchen has everything needed. And the microwave is also a convection oven! We loved our time there and hope to be back.

"Awesome"

This unit was excellent. Good size and very comfortable. It has a view to die for from the balcony and main room and just about anything you would need was available. Our host was very prompt in answering any questions we may have had. As always, the beach and pool are outstanding. Thank you, Brenda, for making our week so enjoyable.

We insure that the unit is spotless and well-stocked for our guests. We believe it's the best value on the beach for a newly-remodeled direct ocean-front condo. We stay full and our guests always have great things to say about their stay.
