Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location, the fenced courtyard, and that the main bed and living space worked well for your stay. That said, I’m very sorry for the issues you encountered. The heat not working—and not receiving timely assistance—is absolutely not the experience we want for our guests, especially on cold nights. We’re having the system and controls inspected immediately to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’re also replacing the broken toaster oven and hair dryer, restocking silverware, and evaluating the twin bunk mattresses to determine whether they need to be upgraded. Additionally, I apologize for the delay in sending your access code. Check-in information should always be delivered before your arrival, and we’re reviewing our process to prevent this kind of frustration in the future. Thank you again for the helpful feedback.
