Beautiful unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean ~ 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Ocean front full ocean view on the 3rd floor. This is the perfect spot to take that 'someone special' or a small family of 4. With all the comforts of home you can tuck yourselves in for the weekend. You and make memories to last a lifetime. The bedroom has a King bed, large flatscreen Tv, and a private bathroom with jetted tub, walk in shower, and double sinks. This unit also has a pull-out sofa sleeper for additional sleeping if needed, and another full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo. Kitchen has full size appliances, and oceanfront balcony.

We look forward to having you as our next guest at Promenade Condominiums in unit #303.

What a wonderful stay. The view & location is perfect. You are right on the beach. All the shops & sights are walking distance. The condo was very well stocked from towels to kitchen needs. We had some cold nights & the fireplace was just what we needed. We will be staying again. This was a perfect girl's getaway!

Great location. Bed super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Loved the extras like jigsaw puzzles, books, etc.

I was in town for a trade show and found this fabulous place with an incredible view of the ocean. I will try to stay here again next year!

Perfect Place

Condo was beautiful, right on the boardwalk with a great view of the ocean easy walk to restaurants and shops. They provided lots of book, games, puzzles. I did have an ussue with the TV, too confusing with too many remotes. I also had an issue with checking into the unit. It could have been a nightmare for me but I was rescused by another person who was very helpful. I would rent it again

Fantastic view of the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Kitchen was small but well supplied with everything we needed. Very clean and plenty of towels in two full bathrooms. Decorated nicely and very comfortable. The property has an elevator and luggage carts so going up to the third floor with luggage was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo felt like home

We always enjoy seaside, but this visit was the best ever. The condo is so bright and fresh. We loved the recliners and the fireplace. The view is fantastic. It was mostly quiet and peaceful with the exception of the ones above us moving furniture late every night. Who does that? We look forward to returning.

This is a fantastic condo. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in February to celebrate my birthday. It was wonderful! The unit was clean and beautiful with nice quality bedding and towels. Full ocean view and restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to return!

Perfect getaway!

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, lovely furnishings, kitchen was well appointed. Lots of books and puzzles. Right on the Promenade, watched the beach and the walkers and the amazing sunsets.

Stay in comfort

The condo was very clean, the bed and couch were both comfortable for sleeping. We arrived after dark and had a bit of a challenge finding the address, but no problem after that. The elevator was convenient to the unit and check-in and check-out were easy.Using the appliances was hassle free. And watching the sunset over the beach and ocean each night was beautiful.

Nice and clean. Very spacious and great location. Parking spots are tight for mid size SUVs. Be aware that Seaside holds a beach volleyball tournament so it was extremely crowded, loud, had to maneuver players to get to beach and watch for flying volleyballs and woke up startled to fireworks which I didn’t know were allowed after 7/4. Communication was delayed in receiving response so maybe if they would list hours available would be helpful. You will be asked to take out trash, clean dishes and wash towels….

Amazing view and great location!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, about 5 minute walking distance to the shops, food and beach access is right out in front of the building. It is on the busier side of the promenade, so if you are looking for a completely quiet place this may not be the best fit for you. We got lucky and there was a live event with a reggae band that we could watch from the balcony. Not sure I would want to book in the warmer months. It was in the mid- 60's during our stay. The temperature in the condo stays quite warm. We had the windows open and fans going when we were in the condo. Without doing so, it stayed about 74 - 75 degrees in the condo. It is particular warm in the back room. The condo is immaculate and the pull out couch is decent. Only items we ran out of during our week stay was toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and laundry soap. This was towards the end of our stay. Would definitely book again!
