Enjoy spectactular sunsets while in Paradise and staying at the beautiful Indigo Reef Resort. Show casing endless Gulf front views. Watch the sealife right from your balcony. This beautifully appointed, nautical décor home comes fully equipped to suit your vacation needs. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is stocked so you can dine in or cook your fresh catch on the BBQ down at the docks. Relax and enjoy a cold Margarita out on the balcony while overlooking the ocean. This unit is very close to the pool and the boat slip is right out back of your porch.

The 1st floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room and a half bathroom. 2nd floor will have your 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is equipped with a washer and dryer so you can do your laundry if needed.

The master has a king sized mattress, flat screen TV and its own balcony with Gulf views. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from this top floor balcony! The bathroom comes with his and hers vanity, a stand up glassed shower and separate tub.

The guest room has a queen sized mattress and a flat screen TV.

The third bedroom comes with two twin beds and a TV.

The two guest rooms have a smaller shared balcony overlooking the carport area. Also they share a guest bathroom in the hallway.

PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGER FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $175.

If bringing more than one pet it may be an additional fee.

Indigo Reef is a gated community sitting on 10 acres with a beautiful natural Florida Keys landscape. There is a fitness center if you would like to keep your schedule while on vacation, a community pool, ice machine and 30ft of dockage per unit.

THERE ARE NO TRAILERS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT PLEASE MAKE STORAGE ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE MARATHON MOOSE LODGE IS THE CLOSEST STORAGE FACILITY AND IS LOCATED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE INDIGO REEF ENTRY GATES. PLEASE CALL THEM TO RESERVE AND MAKE PAYMENT.

This unit can sleep up to 8 people but please note there is only bedding for 6. You are allowed to being an air mattress for the additional 2 people if needed. There is also a roll away twin bed.

Love Indigo Reef

Indigo reef was amazing! It has such a great atmosphere where everyone hangs our together and all the kids make friends and play! This unit has some updating that needs to be done, but the property manager was amazing and said it was all in the works! I’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing location

Very clean and well set up property. Right on the water w boat slips included. Nice outside grassy area for our dogs. Pool is close by, ice machine in area. Pots pans and all for cooking etc. Would 10/10 recommend staying here

Beautiful Indigo Reef

We rented villa #47 It was really clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need! We were very happy so were our teenagers grandsons. Our boat slip was right out the back door. The pool was clean and conveniently located!! We will definitely book this villa again!

Great Property

This the ideal place in Marathon for families visiting with boats or renting a boat. With a great pool and private docks you cannot beat Indigo Reef and the beautiful sunsets.

A bit disappointed

As a property it was nice. Our unit was not cleaned properly, the sofa bed was full of dust and the sheet were never removed. The refrigerator was not cleaned we had to clean it ourselves.

New Years

This was our second year spending New Year's week in the Keys--last year in Key Largo. Indigo Reef was a wonderful resort location for our family. Beautiful lawns for kids and dogs to play, lovely pool, the boat right on the premises. The townhouse was well appointed and clean. We had such a good time we've already reserved for next year.

Indigo 47

This unit is well stocked and in a fantastic location. The rental agent is responsive and accommodating. For those with boats, the assigned slip has a finger pier/dock and is somewhat exposed during inclement weather. We’ve been staying at Indigo for years, and these units are really great overall. They are wood frame and have started to show their age a bit, but still one of the best places to stay in Marathon.

Beautiful property, perfect location

This is the perfect place for families and couples! House is spacious and well appointed with giant yard for kids and dogs to play. Pool and boat slip make this the ideal place to stay in the Keys!

Christmas visit

Great place. We were with our family 8 in all. Place and property were great. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Went biking everyday. Only thing wrong were the squeaky twin beds. All in all great place would recommend it.

Lovely stay at Indigo Reef

We had a great time while staying at Indigo Reef #47. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable but did make a lot of noise as you moved on them. The location is perfect, especially if you bring/rent a boat. The fishing is great, the reefs and sandbars are beautiful. We love the pool and the views from Indigo Reef. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this unit to others.

Marathon stay

Great location in Marathon, nice protected docks for boats. Check in was a lock box that we were supposed to be emailed the code but weren't. Had a difficult time getting a hold of property manager. When we finally got in to unit found it had not been cleaned after previous renters vacated. Property manager made good and gave us a nights refund for the trouble which was fair compensation for our inconvenience. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable and would recommend.

Wonderful vacation!!!!

The resort is beautiful!!!! Unit 47 is in the perfect location for watching the sunset. Katie was very accommodating and was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will be going back.

Beautiful condo, great location

Well equipped, spacious condo. More than enough room for 7 of us. Grounds are beautiful, picture perfect sunset every night. Pool area large, clean, lots of comfortable pool chairs. Condo was very clean when we arrived. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is cause the beds were very squeaky, woke us up when we moved. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful resort

This is the third year we have stayed in Indigo Reef for school break with our son and grandsons. The condos are so comfortable, roomy and well equipped . The location of the resort is perfect...close to stores and markets, great swimming pool, canals and docks for boats and fishing, beautiful sunsets. A very nice family place with great people as your neighbors!

Extremely pleased with Indigo Reef #47

We were very happy with our stay at Indigo Reef #47 at Marathon over the past Christmas holidays. The 3 bedroom/2 full bath accommodation was perfect for our party of 5 giving us sufficient space and meeting all of our expectations. The town-home was clean and spacious, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and there were adequate towels for everyone. We enjoyed the pool area and visited the gym; the washer and drier were very handy during our week-long stay. The terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and meals. The whole Indigo Reef complex looked beautiful, very well kept and was quiet. We would highly recommend Indigo Reef #47, Katie was readily available when we needed her to resolve a quick concern. Should we ever be back in Marathon, we would definitely chose Indigo Reef again.

Great Resort and Location

We have been going to Indigo Reef for 7 years now and have stayed in various units. We love the location and the resort amenities. It was great working with Katie! We had a few issues during the stay such as internet out, the front door not functioning properly, but Katie got those resolved quickly! Regarding unit 47, I probably will not stay in this one again. For one, there was very scant cooking supplies and utensils compared to other units. Also, this unit does not have the covered roof on the second floor patio, so rain would then come down on the first floor patio. I do like the oversized porch on this unit and the couches looked brand new.

Indigo Reef provides a comfortable and family-friendly vacation location

We have gone to Indigo Reef many times in the last few years. We love the location and the direct water access with boat dockage. The facilities are clean and safe. The management people are very easy to deal with and provide prompt responses to any questions. The particular villa we stayed at this year was a little more worn (furniture coverings were a little frayed) than in previous years, and the toilet water ran in the master bedroom. But otherwise, a very lovely facility to stay at with very nice accommodations. Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our stay at Indigo Reef Villa 47 was wonderful! As soon as we stepped through the front door and saw the amazing gulf view, our family knew it was going to be a memorable experience! Our boat was docked within steps of our unit, which was very convenient. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing! The villa was very spacious, clean and was like a home away from home! The view from the master bedroom balcony was breathtaking. Katie was incredible with all of our questions and concerns; she was always very prompt, courteous and professional with every phone call or email. We will definitely visit again and we would recommend this unit to our friends and family.
