Renovated Pool and Recreation Deck Just Opened in May 2026. The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. The unit offers luxury living with peaceful mountain, canal and golf course views. It has been recently remodeled with natural stone tile floor, granite counter tops, dish washer and new furnishings. There are two separate entrances to the bathroom from the bedroom and living room.

Only a short walk takes you to the golf course, restaurants, shops, parks, the Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground. There is also free covered parking, free local and long distance phone calls to US Mainland and Canada. Free internet access is also included. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi may closed for maintenance or emergency repairs at anytime without advanced notice. There will be no refund or discount if this happens during guests' stay.

Hawaii is a very special place. We love the unique culture of Hawaii, the climate, and environment. The people are extraordinarily friendly making our time spent here that much more enjoyable.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was definitely one of the best. Comfortable beds, well stocked, excellent location and everything as described. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place on the edge of Waikiki! I was visiting for work & loved having a large space to be in. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook & more. Pool & deck were closed, maintenance was delayed so I can’t speak to those. Loved the area close to beach & lots to do. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful, super clean, great location, and all. Only thing is the pool and Jacuzzi amenities are not available until midday, please be aware of this in the future. Otherwise absolute fabulous!

Good location and proximity to Waikiki beach. Having a parking pass was nice if you plan to rent a car. Property is a little dated and furniture not as nice as the listing pictures. AC unit might be undersized for the space and it was difficult to fully cool down the space, particularly with the rules that it needs to be shut off when not in the unit.

Thank you very much to review our condo! Recently we replaced the leather sofa with a new sectional sofa, because we have guests complaint about the leather sofa is too soft and it is not comfortable. I am sorry forgot to replace the pictures on line. I agree that the leather sofa looks nicer. The AC we have in the condo has 17000BTU, it is biggest window AC that we could install. It suppose to cool 700-1250 sf. Our condo is under 600 sf. I have requested an AC maintenance service. Hopefully the AC will work more efficiently. Thank you very much again for your time, mahalo!

The host is superb and the location is amazing. This condo is spacious, with the ability to open the sliding doors on the lanai and let the cool breeze in.the unit This was my best stay in Hawaii. Forget the big name hotels and book this location today!

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was close enough to the action without being burdened by it. We had a rental car for the entire week, so having parking included was a giant bonus. Parking is crazy in Waikīkī! Loved the fact we were a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 blocks from a main road (Kapahulu Ave) to get us where we wanted to go when it came time to explore the island.The room itself looked exactly like the pictures posted online. The view of the mountains/clouds from the balcony were amazing at times.Our host had excellent communication and made everything easy to understand. We will definitely return here the next time we’re in Oahu.

The room was very clean and more than enough room for my husband and I. Location was great, easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Host responded fast. Had a wonderful stay here. Will be back for sure!!

The view was amazing! The place was comfortable and cozy. The people in the place directly above were very noisy, sometimes into the late hours of night. That being said, this place was very nice and in a great location.

Beautiful view! I got to watch the sunrise every morning. Great location just a few blocks to Waikīkī beach and lots of restaurants. Loved that there were beach supplies provided, it made it super easy to just grab & go. Would stay again in a heartbeat

It was unfortunate that all the amenities were unavailable- due to a total remodel but we made the most of the great location and truly enjoyed our stay.

We were just in this unit before Linda's arrival and replaced all our pillows (as we do every 4-5 months). That said, we know pillow preferences are unique to each guest. Furthermore, we just purchased bamboo blankets for added comfort for our guests. Our management company takes care of all our linens. Linda (as with any guest) is free to reach out to our management company for a change if they feel a change is needed. There are additional pillows, sheets and pillow cases in the closet as well. As we stated to Linda earlier, we are sorry that she did not read her contract more carefully, in which it clearly stated that the pool and hot tubs were closed due to the Recreation Deck being refurbished.

Very clean, modern, open and the mountain views are beautiful!

We loved our short stay here at the Banyan. We can't wait till next year to visit again. We will definitely try to book this place again!

Perfect Location

Our stay was just right; minutes from the beach, restaurants, concert venue. Nearly everything we wanted to do in the area was walkable. There was someone onsite for any inquires or issues, of which we had none.I highly recommend this property.

Fun and Satisfying stay

Close to Waikiki beach great sunsets. Easy parking. Easy to get around with car. My one complaint is that the bathroom had a funky (may be sewer) smell that seemed to be worse after showers.

Thank you for your review. It sounds like it might be a shower curtain in need of a change. This is why we recommend all guests check-in with our on-site manager. She can take care of any issues during your stay. Writing about a problem in a review only passes the problem to the next guest because it takes that long for us to learn about the issue.
