Perfect rental for 3 couples and the upstairs bunk room is great for kids. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Steps from the beach. We hope to stay again!

Immaculate and tastefully decorated condo. Kitchen well equipped. Very, very clean unit with comfortable beds. Perfect views. Lots of hangers in the closets. Excellent balcony furniture.

Wonderful experience! Pictures don’t do it justice. This is right on the beach with amazing views and private beach right out the back steps. We stayed during the Bertha tropical storm and even though we couldn’t get in the water we were able to enjoy from back porch. Upstairs room was perfect for two teenage girls and other rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and great showers. Location was just outside of the major traffic areas, but plenty close to get wherever you want to go. Spend the extra money to stay here. Totally worth it!

Family Summer Vacation

Excellent property with great views and direct beach access. Highly recommended and will stay again. Our 13-yo son loved the loft!

Great Beach Vacation

Great location right on the beach with chair service. Close to great dining options and condo was in excellent condition and very clean. We will definitely be back!

The property and grounds are fantastic! Excellent location with easy and very convenient access to the beach. The seating on the porch was the best we have had at the Sugar Dunes complex, and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings there. Although we don't have little ones, the bunk room in the loft is the perfect place for them to spend a beach week.

40th Anniversary!!

The condo is very nicely decorated and very comfortable!! The view is unbeatable from the deck!! Mrs Betty was very accommodating and the consummate host!

Beautiful spot!

We loved our stay! Can't beat the location right on the beach. Betty was great to work with before and during our vacation. The condo is lovely--so filled with light, beautiful views, and comfortable furnishings! Loved the beach chair service that set up reserved chairs and an umbrella for us each day. Thanks for sharing your special place, Betty!

Highly Recommend

We had an amazing vacation at this condo! The owners of the condo are amazing to work with and great at communication. The condo is exactly how its portrayed online in the photos. Newly renovated, very clean and right on the water. We will be coming back every summer!

Most amazing place! Perfect place, perfect location!

By far our favorite place we’ve stayed. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 10 year old. There was plenty of space. Betty was amazing quick to respond to any questions. We can’t wait to go back.

We had the best family vacation at this condo! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach, so getting the kids out to play in the sand or take a swim was super easy. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach toys.There was plenty of space for our whole family, and the loft space with bunk beds worked great for our kids. The view from the balcony was stunning—we loved having coffee out there in the mornings and watching the sunset at night.We’ve been to this area many times before and this was hands down the best place we’ve stayed.We’ll absolutely be back and would recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxing, fun-filled beach getaway!

Fabulous

We had the most absolutely fabulous time in this home last week! It was apparent the owners really love the place and spend a lot of time there. So many sweet thoughtful details at every turn! My boys adored the special bunks in the bunk bed room, my mother in law enjoyed the large guest bath, my husband loved reading on the loft bed and I adored the farm sink and drinking my coffee on the balcony every morning. We will definitely be returning in the future, such a wonderful place!

We want you to be able to reach us 24/7 and not have to go through a phone maze, press a number and finally be able to leave a message and wait for a call back when you have a simple question or a major maintenance issue. We will be back!

"Southeast of Disorder" was amazing! You can see the ocean from the time you walk in the front door. Betty was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to text during our stay. Betty checked in with us on the day we arrived to ensure everything was great. The condo was very clean and the attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. Also, the beach access was right off the balcony. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful week with our family at the beach!

We greatly enjoyed staying in this condo for our family spring break. We live in Panama City Beach, but we love doing a "staycation" on 30a each year. Over the years we have stayed in 6 different properties and this is our favorite! Betty was very accommodating and we communicated via phone and text.. It was nice knowing that if we needed anything she was easily accessible. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean! Perfect location and easy access to the beach! Loved having s garage to park in as well as access to beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.

Our Favorite on 30A

This was our 2nd summer to stay at Southeast of Disorder! It was just as fabulous this summer! The beach views are amazing, as you walk in the front door you see the beautiful water and sugar white beaches! Betty and Dean have thought of everything! The beach decor and furnishings make you feel right at home and ready to have a relaxing beach vacation. Betty is very responsive to questions and one special detail is she checks on you on your arrival date to ensure everything is great. The condo is very clean and well taken care of. We look forward to our future trips!

Fabulous Find

My husband and I invited our two daughters and their husbands along with our 14 month old granddaughter AND my mother to vacation with us this summer. All four generations had a fantastic stay. Compliments to Betty and Dean for the beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The great weather and gorgeous water made our week perfect. I have been vacationing on 30A for many years and have stayed at Sugar Dunes before. This unit is by far my favorite accommodation. I really appreciate the hands-on approach in booking with the Hancock's. Every question I could think of was answered and Betty was available at all times. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Wonderful place for the entire family! Right on the beach and beautifully decorated!

August 16-23 Betty and Dean, Thank you for sharing your condo with our family this week. We had beautiful weather and loved it here so much that we rarely left the condo. All of the updated appliances, washer & dryer, and big open windows on the back made us never want to go home. We loved the direct access to the beach. It was perfect for our family with younger kids. I loved getting up early and sitting on the back deck with my coffee and listening to the ocean. The kids loved the bunk beds and club house in the front bedroom. Some highlights for the week were - watching dolphins swim up and down the coast, taking my 2 year old son into the ocean for the first time, and helping my brother get engaged!!! This week was full of fun and memories, Thank you again!!!

Beautiful Condo, GREAT owners, PERFECT LOCATION!!!

My family and I had the recent privilege of staying at Sugar Dunes 18. From the moment we booked our trip until the minute we left, everything went perfectly! Betty has a truly beautiful home and was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. She even checked on us the day we checked in! The house was so comfortable and clean and felt like home. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. There was absolutely not ONE thing that we needed that Betty didn't already have! My daughter loved sitting at the bar while we cooked and loved drawing on the chalkboard! The views from the living room and the back porch were amazing. We spent so much time on the deck and loved curling up on the outdoor sectional every evening! All in all, this really is a wonderful home in a great location. We will absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to ANY of our friends and family!
