This getaway vacation space is like no other. Spacious townhouse with garage, for 2 cars.
Quiet West end of Panama City -with sand at your back door. Sit in your living room and gaze at the ocean. Sit on your deck (2 decks) one is located off of the living room and one off of the master bedroom. The view is breathtaking of the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Swimming pool is private for Homeowners and guests and is accessible from the boardwalk located off of the balcony. Sit with your kids at pool and wait for the sunset!

Quiet Vacation Location

Great location and proximity to beach!

This is one of the best stocked units we have stayed in. Communication with Carol was great and very attentive. Beach is right out the door with hose right there to wash off. Could use a few updates and maintenance on exterior but location and beach access make up for that. Great vacation!

Perfect Pandemic Vacation Location

We had a wonderful time at the property. Carol was very responsive and so easy to work with. The private garage is great, and gives direct access to the unit. The view from the deck is beautiful. And you can walk straight out to the beach. We were there Labor Day weekend, and the beach still wasn’t too crowded. We went to the grocery store and cooked all our own food. It was such a wonderful vacation.

The views were exceptional! Loved our privacy.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed spending Thanksgiving here. Access to the beach from garage or balcony was great. Convenient to stores. Quiet area. Could lay in bed and see the ocean as well as from the kitchen. Really nice set up. We don't watch a lot of television which is good because they were all box tv's. Carol was very helpful. I can't wait to visit again. I would have booked it again for Christmas but this time we will be traveling with family that can't do stairs. You have to be able to climb stairs.

Great Beachfront Getaway

Was a great experience all around. Percent location right on the sand, comfortable living in unit with all of the amenities of home and homeowner was super attentive and engaged on making sure best stay was achieved. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Great time!

The location was in a great location like everyone said. Easy access to beach and it was not too busy! Carol was easy to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend this property!

The location of this condo could not be beat. Right on the beach, a private garage, and everything was so clean!

Relaxing stay for spring break

The unit was very clean and well appointed-especially the kitchen-complete with any utensil or appliance you could ever want. The private garage was an added bonus as well. The proximity to a beautiful, quiet beach was so convenient and was the best part for us. The entire complex was quiet and laid back, and was just what we needed for a few weary healthcare workers in much need of R&R. The kids appreciated the sand toys and boogie boards in the garage, but we did rent lounge chairs and umbrellas for added comfort as the chairs left behind in the garage there were not sturdy. Carol was responsive and helpful during our whole stay. We would definitely come back to this unit again.

Wonderful Place

This place is lovely. It is as close to the ocean as you can get. The convenience of the door off the back of the garage that opens to the walk to the beach is perfect for cleaning your chairs with the hose and putting them in the garage. I have never stayed at a place more convenient for coming/going to the beach! We also had the beach to ourselves. Perfect if you are concerned about Covid. The bathrooms/kitchens had great updates. The bedrooms were very large. The master is the size of two rooms! The master bath is also very large and has a huge walk in closet. The place has tile in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms, which is great to avoid sand in the beds. Carol, the property manager, was very nice and easy to contact. I have given this place 5 stars, and it deserves it! My only suggestion for improvement would be to wipe down the cabinets. They are white in the bathrooms and kitchen and have accumulated dust and residue over time. Someone without OCD like me probably would not notice things like that. Definitely would recommend the place and will be staying again!

Perfect get away

Carol's place was great...it has everything we needed for the kitchen. We cooked at home quite a bit. The location is perfect and directly on the beach which was wonderful. I would rent it again.

Great place to stay

The townhouse was wonderful; even better than expected. Even though we stayed 4th of July week the beaches were not crowded. Loved both balconies and the direct access to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Three minor things that could be improved: 1. only 2 smaller spoons in the kitchen 2. nonstick pans are very scratched and need to be replaced 3. number and condition of towels...there were only 3 bath towels in each bathroom and all had holes or were frayed. Other than those small complaints the place was great! I would recommend staying 100%!

Summer Vacation

This was a great place to stay! It is steps from the beach which is what my family loves about it! The condo has been updated and is very nice! The owner was very easy to work with as well! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Christmas Traditions

Year #2 in the books and year #3 is booked. I can't tell you how amazing it was!!!! We loved to spend the week on the beach with our kids. It really feels like a second home to us. Carol is a gem to deal with always. Had a little issue with the internet for work and she was just a call away to help me out. The neighbors that are there October to March are amazing. We were so happy to see them again. I love this property!!! Only thing that would make it better is if I could bring my dogs.

Christmas traditions!

This year for Christmas we decided to take out children on vacation to make memories instead of buying them things that they didn't need. Carol is amazing! The townhouse was beyond what we had expected and the access to the beach was so literally steps from the door. We were able to enjoy our coffee on the balcony while watching the kids play football on the beach. There wasn't anyone around, it was so quiet. There was 1 couple next to us that were an absolute gem to talk to. We have already booked for next Christmas as well.

Perfect place

This townhouse is amazing. The location is perfect. It is away from all of the PCB craziness yet close to many nice restaurants and grocery stores. The beach was not crowded with tons of people so you had your own space. Carol was very nice and easy to communicate with. This townhouse does not come with chair service but there were chairs there for us to use and we just bought an umbrella at publix. There is also a chair rental number listed in her welcome packet in the townhouse. The walkout to the beach is very convenient and if you forget something it isn't a long walk back. The bedrooms are very nice and easily accommodate 4 people but it could sleep 6. The beds were comfy. The light switches were In odd spots but it kept things interesting and we always had a laugh when it came time to turn the lights out for bed. The kitchen is equipped with the basic utensils needed for cooking and she supplied plenty of paper products to start you off. I hope to be able to rent this place again we loved it so much.
