Kona Pacific B-409 is a remodeled upper floor condo with breathtaking ocean views!
The owners have extensively upgraded and made changes that every guest will absolutely LOVE!

This condo has an extremely spacious lanai allowing access from all rooms: Living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom.

The owner has equipped anything you might need for your Vacation. Wifi, Beach chairs & towels, TV's in both bedrooms & very large TV in Living Room! Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living room!
Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai to keep you comfortable.
The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with a Shower to use.
An excellent option for 4, as there is a Queen sized bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom.

Enjoy an amazing Kona sunset, while feeling a strong tropical breeze. A perfect vacation destination.

Complex has elevators, a large remarkable upgraded pool & BBQ area, and covered guest parking! Kona Pacific is one of the closest complexes to Kona town to walk to restaurants, shopping, & the beach!

Great location for the big island, walking distance to restaurants. Included parking is a big plus and the ocean view from the Lanai.

This was a nice property .it served our purpose .we were close to town to walk to places as well as Drive our car. The kitchen had the basics we needed to do some morning cooking before we left . The big patio area was nice for eating meals and playing cards.also a beautiful sunset from the patio. It was nice it had beach chairs and overall just what we needed..the only thing that could be improved is the bed. I think it was just a double bed..little short for my husband he's a big tall guy. Otherwise all was good would definitely come back to this complex for another visit...great location

The Condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. One of the main reasons I booked this Condo was because it had air conditioning. The Unit we had only had working air conditioning in two bedrooms, not the living room. There was a wall unit in place that we were told not to use. Also, there was no window coverings in the living room where the sun set during the hottest part of the day. The days were hot in Kona so this air conditioning not available in the living room was tough to endure every day and night.

We do want to clarify one point for future guests. The living room does have its own air conditioning system and it is available for guest use throughout your stay. The only air conditioning units that are not intended for guest use are the wall units located in the bedrooms, as those have been taken out of service and there are portable units in there instead. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding which units were operational, as we certainly want guests to be comfortable and have accurate information during their stay. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Kona in the future.

Beautiful place stay , great price and clean condo. Only problem we had was that our trucks or SUV’s cannot fit under the under ground parking. We had to park up on the side of the road with a 10 minute walk to our condo and we couldn’t leave anything in the vehicle just for theft purposes. Tried calling the Condo Manager Mike a few times and left message but no response or call back. And also just to let you know the water pressure is very poor. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Great location, very clean and well appointed. This unit is very convenient to the elevator for parking and trash chute. It felt very private, more than I expected from a condo. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay

The condo worked perfectly for us. We were a party of 4. The large lanai was our gathering place at night. Quiet and clean. Good pool area. Easy access to places in and around Kona. Kitchen was clean with nice appliances. Underground parking a plus.

Great view!

The apartment is great! Ac units and vents in the batrooms needs to be cleaned but overall I would recommend to everybody! Mahalo!

Beautiful Kona

Great sized unit in great position. Easy walk into the restaurants and shops. Only issue was noisiness of old air conditioning units in the rooms. Kitchen well set up. Enjoyed our stay.
