Very nice place to stay. Close enough to walk to everything around the area. Place had everything you needed. Our only very minor thing was maybe a better cleaning of cob webs and couple spiders. Also realize it is in the “basement” of the house too so you will have those common things.

Very clean and neat. The rooms are comfortable and have all of the comforts of home. The host was responsive to messages and was very accommodating. Room temperature was comfortable. There was a little noise upstairs from general footsteps to low conversation and fans running, nothing more than expected from staying on a lower floor. The space was close to town, we parked and were able to walk everywhere. Nice stay!

It is a very pleasant accommodation, where you feel at home. Nothing is missing. Located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, and just a short ten-minute walk from the historic center of Annapolis.

Great location

This property was in a great location. We never stepped into our car whether we stayed very local to eat or have a cocktail or we took a water taxi or uber, everything was a hop, skip and a jump away. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and communication with the host was easy and helpful always in a timely manner. Perfect place for my and my friend.

Amazing stay

Really nice basement/apartment to stay near the Naval Academy. The property manager was quick in responding at all times. Clean and neat. Safe area with ample parking. Will consider staying again.

Mother/daughter retreat

We had a lovely stay in this very cute and clean apartment. It was just perfect for our stay. Close to everything and well equipped for our stay. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking to visit all Annapolis has to offer. The owners were great in all their communications as well.

A very pleasant stay

Nushi and Mario's accommodation is very nice and very clean. There is everything for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, Downtown is 10 mm walk. Thank you for your welcome, it is with pleasure that I will return.

Perfect Annapolis Location

Perfect location for a weekend in Annapolis. The apartment was so clean - not one complaint there. We also loved the location. We were close enough to walk downtown but far enough away for quiet nights.

Excellent!

Hosts were super easy to communicate with and replied very quick. Location is very close to downtown without all of the traffic. Apartment was very clean with all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. No complaints!

We live in Annapolis because we fell in love with this small jewel of a town when our daughter was a Midshipman at the Naval Academy. There's nothing to dislike about this town. We bought a small weekend home, commuting 100 miles a weekend to enjoy this town and see our daughter. Then we decided to move there. After living there for a few years, we decided to build a new home around the corner; we love the Eastport neighborhood. Eight years later, we are still enjoying our life here in Annapolis and connected to the Naval Academy via the sponsorship program. Midshipmen enjoy our home away from their homes. Our three young adults and their own families visit often to refresh and capture more memories in our awesome city.

We had this home built to our specifications: open living, screened-in porch, and many bathrooms and bedrooms. We finished the basement in 2 15. Our guests say it feels like home!!

Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of the historic district without all the challenges of being smack in the middle of downtown Annapolis. There's plenty of street parking and a locally owned, top-rated restaurant and bar by the Washington Post. It's trendy and virtually a block away from our home.
