Great complex, gated with 24-hour security, two large gulf front pools, plus kiddie pool and hot tub. One pool is heated in the winter.

***Free beach chairs included, which is a $150 value. Tiki bar at pools serves lunch and many types of beverages.

The unit is completely updated with coastal colors and fully furnished, located on the 9th floor. Master bedroom - king size bed, private master bath, and balcony access. Second bedroom - two double beds. Smart TVs in living and bedrooms. Living room has sleeper sofa. Laundry in unit. Free Wifi. Granite in kitchen, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Our unit does sleep 8, but the maximum adults is 6, total 8 people with kids. With the complimentary beach chair and tiki bar, you can enjoy a carefree beach day without an armload of stuff!

Lovely view

We've stayed at Regency Towers for years. This is a well-kept property. It is ocean front with a great view of the sunset. The heated pool is great for this time of year and the included beach chairs were a nice perk.

So much fun

We loved this rental! The kids loved the kiddie pool. I enjoyed the convenience of the location. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Vacay

We have stayed at Regency Towers several times. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were clean as well. We always enjoy our trips to PCB and would recommend Regency Towers to anyone.

Summer 2023

The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5 adults that stayed for the week. It was close to quite a few restaurants that we enjoy when we are at pcb.

Family Vacation

Everything was nice, but I had to clean the floors when I arrived. The balcony had food crumbs left over from last stay. The recliner and chair had food bags, crumbs, and toys left under them. Once I got things cleaned up, we enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and the location was great!

Fantastic

It was a great stay and a great week on the beach! Communication with the owner was always very quick which I appreciate. The unit is getting a little dated but that is probably why the cost per night was cheaper. Overall, I would stay again in a heart beat!

Just what you need

Pleasant beach experience that has what you need. 2bedroom with plenty of space and big kitchen. Building is older and worn but the unit inside has been updated well. Good VRBO find for the price.

Great Time

First time to PCB and this place checked all the boxes. Easy communication with the owner, great facility with heated and I heated swimming pools and a great snack shack, the beach was beautiful and the included chair service was awesome. Definitely coming back

Great place!!

We had a great week at this condo. It is decorated beautifully! The refrigerator is huge! So nice to have more than enough room in the fridge. Beds were comfortable. Beach was beautiful. Also super convenient to have the Bikini Bobs bar & grill right there to grab food and drink as needed. Our teenagers really enjoyed it also!

Beautiful view

Very nice condo and one of the cleanest condo’s we have stayed in at at this resort. The only problem they advertise free Wi-Fi but won’t give you the password for the secure Wi-Fi you have to use an unsecured Wi-Fi network and that doesn’t work for me!

Loved it!!

This condo is in a great location. When we first arrived I was worried because it was away from everything, but that turned out to be just what we needed. Beach and pools were not crowded like some places we have been. Bob’s bar was very affordable and convenient when you needed a quick drink or snack. This condo is very tastefully beach decorated. We would love to stay here again. It’s very close to St Andrews State Park and it’s a must visit location. It’s one of the most beautiful places ever and has beautiful sunsets!!

One of our favorite condos so far!

The host was very informative beforehand. The building staff were very nice. They had things going on throughout the week such as free ice cream, movies and karaoke. Love that it has two pools so you never felt crowded. The condo itself was very clean. A few minor things, sleeper sofa could be updated, no crockpot in the kitchen and shower liner needs replaced in master, had a great deal of mold on it. Everything else was very nice, comfortable beds!

Fabulous!

This rental comes with a well stocked kitchen. Michelle is an extremely responsive owner. There was an excellent supply of linens and pillows. The unit is tastefully appointed with beach themed decor. My husband and children asked me to brag on the softness of the sheets. Michelle provided a large variety of beach gear for my youngest son to use. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! This is a fabulous oceanfront condo. We would definitely return.

Regency Towers

The unit has been nicely remodeled. It had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, etc. we were surprised that it was supplied with ziplocks, clothes detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. we loved the beach chairs that came with the unit. There were also some beach chairs inside the unit with a few beach toys. There was a leak when we turned on the dishwasher, but the maintenance was quick to fix it. We liked the prices at Bikini Bob’s-it was so convenient while we enjoyed the beach. We plan to book again for next summer!

Beautiful place

This property is perfect for fakilies. It has beautiful views and everything you need for your stay. The owners and super noce and communicate back with you within 24hrs of being messaged. Definitely would stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

We loved our stay at regency this is our second time staying at the facility and this was a very clean room Michelle was very nice and answered all questions communication was great she was fast to respond to anything asked she takes great care of her home very beachy themed nice beds and great entertainment in both bedrooms and living room kitchen is fully stocked to make any meal love the ice maker in the freezer room had beach toys for the kids to play with fan in the closet was nice all together our stay was great and very memorable and I hope Michelle will have us back again someday.

The amenities are great with the large pools, plus kiddie pool all gulf front. Tiki bar serving food and beverages.
