It felt like staying in our own house. It was clean, comfortable and had every kitchen and bathroom need you could want. Excellent location, quiet street, bike and walking toTethrow quick and easy and plenty of space to park. Would rent again!

Beautiful house, scenic and tranquil setting in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Traveling as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. If you are traveling with young kids or elderly guests, I would probably pick a different property. There are a lot of stairs and the upstairs is an open concept. We would absolutely stay again.

This was by far my most enjoyable VRBO stay. 19428 is a comfortable, clean, accommodating home with everything you might want or need in an extended active stay in Bend. We were in town for a couple of shows downtown as well as hiking and mt biking. Coming back here after a long day was perfect. The neighborhood is great as well with easy access to a walking trail and friendly neighbors with cute doggies. The hosts shared their bikes with us as well. Thanks Camille for the great communication throughout our stay and sharing your Bend home with us!

Great spot for a Bend getaway

Easy check in/check out, beautiful home and neighborhood. Easy access to activities via car or bike. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this home so much. It was close enough to downtown activities but felt away from it all. The home is beautiful, well stocked, beds were super comfortable. We hope to be back!

Lovely place and location

We had a great stay! The place is really well-located for outdoor activities. It’s easy to get to restaurants and also well-equipped for cooking meals and staying in. Communication with Camille was great. We’d love to stay here again!

Peaceful Bend

The home and neighborhood were a quiet and peaceful retreat to come to after outings in and around town.The hostess thought of everything one might need, from the fully equipped kitchen to cozy throws for lounging.I loved the lighted filled kitchen and large family dining table.Great stay! Incredible getaway!

We had the best time staying in this house and visiting Bend. The house was fully loaded with everything you would possibly need. The linens were lovely and the beds were comfortable. The house is filled with light and very enjoyable. We will definitely come back for a visit.

Relaxing retreat

This was one of the most relaxing homes we have rented in Bend! Communication with Camille, the host, was proactive and responsive. Literally everything you need or forgot to pack was thoughtfully at hand throughout the house. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with lots of walks and bike rides right out the front door.

Outstanding on all counts

This is our (family) second visit to this property and it again was exceptional. It is sparklingly clean, the main space is perfect for dining and relaxing, the location is as good as it gets for access to both Mt Bachelor and Bend, not to mention hiking / walking / biking in the lovely and peaceful neighborhood, and the rooms and the house are spacious and thoughtfully put together. If you are headed to the area this property is truly fantastic.

Cozy comfort

The house was fully equipped with everything needed to make the house a home. Extremely comfortable and clean. Owner was flexible and welcoming. A quiet and lovely neighborhood.

Beautiful & Comfortable Bend Home

My husband, 2 of my kiddos and I stayed in Camille’s beautiful home so we could explore Bend. The house was very accommodating and centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see. Camille contacted me a couple of times to make sure all was going well. We really appreciate her hospitality!

Perfect Fit For Our Family

We had several family members coming into town over Thanksgiving and needed extra space. The house was a perfect fit with two bedrooms, the loft and the area down in the basement. It was very clean and the owner was extremely helpful & responsive.

A hit for Ski week

We had a fantastic stay at Camille’s place during ski week! The location was perfect for exploring Bend and hitting the slopes at Mt. Bachelor. The home was warm, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was especially impressive—fully stocked with high-quality cookware, making it a dream for anyone who loves to cook. Camille was an excellent host, providing friendly and responsive communication throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Great place to hang out

We were two couples in our 70s and very much enjoyed the spacious well decorated and designed living room and kitchen. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. One issue to be aware of, the bathroom for the upstairs bedroom is one floor below. The main bedroom on the first floor is en suite.

Beautiful home in good location!

Great location for our ski-week getaway. Convenient to downtown, the slopes, local shopping and ski rentals. Was just me, my husband and my 17yo son - so WAY more space than we needed. The house has a nice open layout, that is light-filled as promised. Comfortable beds, and plenty of comfy couches/chairs for everyone to lounge (a must!). Very clean and well-equipped. Great walking paths right outside your door, and the river is just across the way. Camille is as professional as they come. Was a delight working with her. Would stay again.

Extraordinary

Set in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in a perfect and incredibly convenient location for playing in the mountains (Mt Bachelor and surrounding areas), strolling, running, biking…the roads and trails, while also being minutes from all the city of Bend has to offer, this property is outrageously fantastic. The house is spacious, incredibly well maintained and very clean, the kitchen and living room are a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort, the layout is perfect and user friendly, the beds and bath are luxurious and access through the two car garage and/or decks could not be easier or more convenient. With a private driveway and good distance to the neighbors including both a lovely front yard and a large backyard, you will likely even get visits from local wildlife (deer / birds…). The best part is the owners are incredibly easy to communicate with, overly generous, responsive and so very kind. My family and I have stayed at many wonderful properties over the years and this house and experience truly ranks at the very top. If you are headed to Bend you will be lucky to snag this property. It is fantastic.

This is a wonderful find. I've become acosomted to rentals where the pictures oversell the property. Not so here. In case it isn't clear from the listing, this is the whole house! We we're expecting a small MIL type apartment. It's not it's the whole place. Great location too. Quick to Mt. Bachelor, the river, and local trails. Next time we're in town this will be at the top of the list.

Great get away house.

My daughter from MN and I had a wonderful week long stay in this home in August. It was certainly the cleanest and had the best equipped kitchen of any house I have rented over the last 15 years. The house is 3 stories with the main living level on the 2nd floor--great room, master bedroom and bath, and second bath; entry level is garage, laundry and small family type room; and 3rd floor having the 2nd bedroom and a loft with a bed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the great room had wonderful light from the many windows throughout the day. Although built in the 1990's there have been updates, so the house feels relatively contemporary. It is situated in the hills on a large lot, in a neighborhood where many of the pine trees have been left standing. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, with some interesting new develpments up the hill. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony while it was shaded, and went out again in the evening. We caught sight of deer a couple of evenings in the natural back yard. If we wanted to enjoy sitting out other times, we would use the patio area in front of the garage. The house stayed cool, even during the hot days and we didn't have to use the AC until later in the afternoons. For dietary reasons we cooked all our dinners at home, and found everything we could have needed in the way of equipment and staples, including a whole drawer full of spices, and even a few gluten free items. There was a new Weber grill that we used a couple of times, a real treat. We also loved the gas cooktop. Check in couldn't have been easier; and we had great communication with Camille who contacted us after we had arrived to make sure everything had gone well. And when the power went out one morning, we heard from her almost immediately to ask if there was anything we needed (there wasn't) It is worth noting that the house was immaculate when we arrived, no dust or dirt anywhere...even the corners were clean. The kitchen was spotless. We couldn't have asked for a better place for a mother/daughter get away!

5 star property in all categories

Our only regret was in having to check out! Communication with owner was seamless. Great home in a great neighborhood with a very attentive host. Very clean, well stocked all around. Every intention to return next time in the area. Could have stayed another 5 weeks! Honey, I’m home!

Met Our Expectations!

House is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and staple condiments (sugar, oils, hot sauce...) - bring your own coffee and milk and you are half way there! The house sits in very quiet neighborhood on outskirts of town. If you mtn bike, the (burly!) COD trailhead with access to the Deschutes River Trail is < 1/4 mile away.

Beautiful home and fantastic location!

The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our family to relax. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful homes everywhere. We drove up to Mt Bachelor for a day of fun tubing (only 20 mins from the house). This would be the perfect house for a ski getaway. The kitchen has everything we needed and loved the large table in the big open space. The grocery stores in Bend have amazing fresh seafood and produce. Truly appreciated the spice selection, noted all were fresh and none expired. Not often we find time to work on a puzzle, so appreciated the puzzle collection and games. The Bose speaker to stream music is a nice option. Thank you for sharing your home and hope to return in the warmer months.
