Sit on the deck and enjoy long range panoramic mountain views and a spectacular view of Grandfather Mountain from this centrally located condo on Seven Devils. This one bedroom + loft bedroom with ladder style steps condo provides easy access to zip lining, skiing, snow tubing, hiking and shopping. Please note minimum age of any child is 12 years old.

Accommodations include a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed in the loft bedroom. Unlike most of the condos in the High Country our condo has air conditioning. A gas fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere during cold weather.

We are centrally located between Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain and Linville. Appalachian State University is less than 20 minutes away, so book a stay with a view for those home football games.

Enjoy skiing at Beech, Sugar Mountain and Appalachian Ski Mountain in Boone. Tweetsie Railroad is about 20 minutes away as well as shopping in Blowing Rock. Otter Falls is just around the corner which offers at nice hike down to the falls. A little over a mile up the road is Hawks Nest Ziplining and Snow Tubing. There are lots of other hikes around the area including Linville Falls (about 25 minutes away) and the Profile Trail of Grandfather Mountain which is several miles down Hwy 105 towards Banner Elk. Be sure to relax by a mountain brook at Grandfather Vineyard & Winery about half a mile on 105 towards Boone after you leave Seven Devils. You also don't want to miss out on the eclectic merchandise at the Mast General Store in nearby Valle Crucis.

What a view!!

We brought our girls out to snowtube at Hawksnest and found this perfect condo. The view was perfect! The condo was small and cozy. It was perfect for what we came to do. We enjoyed the visit and would definitely book again if we come back out.

Spectacular View

Property as described. Host was very responsive in all communication. View is incredible. Sunrise can be spectacular. Very convenient for day trips/hikes to VA and TN mountains. We’ll look forward to a return stay.

Relaxing Stay

The property is gorgeous, but unfortunately not too many local neighbors. This could have a plus with meeting people who are also on vacation during summer or winter, but it can also feel isolating. Directions are expressed thoroughly and the place feels very safe, and it is in a perfect place to explore anything and everything like Grandfather Mountain or try the Alpine Coaster. I would definitely recommend this location for adults looking to relax, the view was also gorgeous and the best part by far!

Beautiful View - Nice home

Very clean and cozy. Fast communication. Great view. Comfy bed. Has all you need (except coffee, salt or pepper - bring your own). Had Netflix which was a bonus for a late night movie! Great for a couple or for three (not little children as their bed is up steep steps). Nice area. The Pedalin Pig nearby is excellent BBQ. Downtown Boone, The Mast Store, hikes, Otter Falls (a short but strenuous hike), …lots to see and do. Great sunrise view, can’t really see sunset too well due to mountain being in the way, so drive to a spot where you can watch it. Would come back again.

Perfect place to stay

Would definitely recommend. If you're looking for a lowkey place that is cozy and minimal, this is perfect. The decor has a lot of character and I appreciated that. Very quiet neighborhood too.

My husband and I loved the overall location of the property. We could get anywhere we were looking to go and explore. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed for a great stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had trouble one day with the internet and the host very quickly came and fixed it for us and followed up to make sure we had internet/tv again. The balcony was the perfect place at night to go outside and look at the stars and watch for shooting stars. In the morning watching the sunrise wake up grandfather was perfection. We would definitely book a stay here again.

Fantastic views

Property owner was prompt in helping us get in the condo even very late at night as the code did not work. Views are incredible. Very peaceful and quiet and close to Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk.

Wonderful views of the mountains. The place was very comfortable and more than met our needs. Host was incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Vacation In a Long Time

This place was perfect! A clean place, beautifully decorated, and incredible views. We were little kids discovering the nooks and crannies in the home! There were plenty of towels, toilet paper rolls, dish ware, you name it. One of the best parts is how close it is to basically everything!! My partner and I already decided the next time we come back to Boone, we’re staying here. I recommend this place ten times over!

Beautiful Mountain View

The Perfect place to stay if you are trying to hike Grandfather Mountain or enjoy Otter Falls Trail. not too far from Boone and surrounding towns, you wont run out of things to do. The host was amazing as well and answered any of my questions right away. 10/10!

Clean, quiet, and amazing views. The only thing I would change is that I wish there were more towels/washcloths instead of just one per person for the entire stay.

Cozy place

My wife and I had a great time staying here. The location and views lived up to the hype. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages and was always available to help. The phrase that my wife and I continuously said during our stay was “what a cozy place”. We will be staying here again in the future.

My wife and I live in Eastern, NC on the Pamlico River. We love going from the coast to the mountains for a change of scenery and that wonderful mountain air. We love sailing, paddle boarding and kayaking. One of our favorite things is the many beautiful walks we can take right outside our mountain condo.
