Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TV's in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

This little apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We walked to St George St and El Castillo San Marcos with ease The kitchen is tiny but has everything we needed. We would come back again if we are ever out this way!

Cute cottage within easy walking distance of Old Town St. Augustine. Quiet area with secure, easy parking. Very clean and owners are very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. Parking was conveniently located on site. The unit was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The grounds of the property are pretty and well maintained. We would stay here in the future.

The apartment was immaculate and just the right size for my wife and me. Communication with the owner was very accommodating. One of the two small air conditioning units was not working, so the owner offered to set us up in a different apartment which we declined. The one working unit kept the apartment comfortable. Our overall experience with the apartment and the owner was very positive! We plan to contract with her again on our next trip to St. Augustine.

This was a wonderful apartment in a perfect location. I was able to walk and not have to worry about parking but it was far enough out that it was quiet. It was very clean & comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

The apartment was small, but perfect for our needs. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was close to everything, so walking was easy. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location was an easy walk to the historic district (even for us seniors). The unit was compact but met all our necessities. Having coffee and other basics was quite helpful. This unit even had napkins in a holder which is something we practically never see in our travels.

Delightful property, this quaint and charming spot combines a perfect location within the historic district with a sense of southern decor and hospitality. Owners were friendly and easy to work with, and happy to accommodate small changes to ensure our stay was picture perfect. My only negative is that I forgot to take pictures to show off how delightful the place was.
