I would not hesitate to rent this unit again! Extremely clean, convenient to all the sights in St. Augustine, off street parking, quiet, great televisions, just all around comfortable. Couple of texts with host answered promptly. Book it, you won't regret it! Thanks for a great spot. We look forward to returning :)

Great location, outside property and landscaping beautiful. Apartment interior well maintained, and little amenities supplied. Kristen is very easy to communicate with. This was my second stay.

This little apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We walked to St George St and El Castillo San Marcos with ease The kitchen is tiny but has everything we needed. We would come back again if we are ever out this way!

Cute cottage within easy walking distance of Old Town St. Augustine. Quiet area with secure, easy parking. Very clean and owners are very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. Parking was conveniently located on site. The unit was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The grounds of the property are pretty and well maintained. We would stay here in the future.

Convenient and within walking distance to the historic district. There is an active train that can be heard throughout the night but it wasn’t too bad.

This was a wonderful apartment in a perfect location. I was able to walk and not have to worry about parking but it was far enough out that it was quiet. It was very clean & comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

The apartment was small, but perfect for our needs. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was close to everything, so walking was easy. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The apartment was immaculate and just the right size for my wife and me. Communication with the owner was very accommodating. One of the two small air conditioning units was not working, so the owner offered to set us up in a different apartment which we declined. The one working unit kept the apartment comfortable. Our overall experience with the apartment and the owner was very positive! We plan to contract with her again on our next trip to St. Augustine.
