Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and Sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect, very walkable to historic district and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was like the listing, rooms were very clean. Perfect for the two of us. Property was well maintained and clean. Check in was easy and location was in walking distance to the historic part of town. Definitely would stay again.

Very happy with this rental. Nice, quiet neighborhood that always felt safe. Never moved the car until we checked out. Could easily walk to many places. Everything very clean and exactly as listed. Host was prompt in answering my questions. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this very cute vacation rental. The property was as described and within walking distance of the historic downtown area. Included parking on site was a nice bonus.I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was wonderful and close to everything we wanted to see. Our host was very accommodating, we had a little trouble with some emails checking, but when i contacted the host, they were prompt with answering all of our questions. If we find ourselves back in St. Augustine, we would stay here again.

I had a great stay, parking was the best, having lived in St. Augustine before for 10 years the parking is always a problem but when you have a designated space right next to where you are staying its the best. I loved the little apartment and was happy with everything.

Place was perfect and had all we needed for the weeks stay. Great location to walk anywhere in downtown St Augustine. We encountered no issues during our stay so it was a relaxing vacation. Kirsten was great at answering any questions quickly. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great unit for my husband and I for a quick getaway to St Augustine. Perfect location, close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants but not right in the middle of everything! Would definitely recommend staying here!
