A sofa sleeper, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure every stay at Tradewinds 1104 feels comfortable and effortless.
As a guest at the Tradewinds complex, you'll enjoy fantastic amenities, including a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, grilling area, and a private boardwalk with direct beach access.

The location of the property was fantastic, the condo was clean. The master bedroom king sized bed was super comfortable. The property was pretty quiet, convenient to stores, and grounds were maintained well.

10/10 stay, very clean and easy for check in and check out!Pots could use some replacing, they look to be nonstick but are worn and everything stuck to them, but other than that an amazing stay and plan to return!

Our kids enjoyed the indoor feature of the pool. Appreciated how the complex was not too large. The unit itself was perfect for what we needed.

Property was great with a great location. Check in process was smooth and communicated well. Can’t beat the view. Only negative thing was that the room was not the cleanest. Things left behind stuff under beds etc…Plenty of space and a huge balcony!

Overall amazing experience! Only downfall was the AC didn’t work for two days but when I addressed it with the owners they sent someone out within 30 minutes and the problem was fixed! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Only complaints were the master bathroom shower head needed cleaned orChanged there was no pressure. The second bath was slick. Fabulous view, clean.

We had a very nice stay. Unit was very clean, property was well maintained. The view of the beach was amazing! If there was one con- very minor- it would be that they only provided 1 very thin and flimsy garbage bag. You are expected to take your garbage out which is no problem and standard, but the whole bag ripped and we had garbage everywhere with no way to clean it up - again a minor inconvenience over all but make sure you bring your own bags.

Great property and location
This was a great property and great location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and was perfect for our little Thanksgiving getaway. Would stay here again.
