This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 18th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs and two additional side rocking chairs. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Wonderful!

Beautiful property, had everything we needed. Air conditioner stopped working one night but was promptly addressed. Balcony furniture was amazing and we spent many comfortable hours out there. Can’t beat the 18th floor view. Very friendly beach chair service made beach time that much more enjoyable. Overall absolutely loved our time here. Thank you!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. Helen was available for all of our questions and responded in a very timely manner. Pools and beach access was very easy and nice to be so close to your chairs! Big plus having a front row set of chairs as part of our rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent vacation stay from 4/26 - 5/4 2024. The condo is very clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the gulf. The beach is very clean with nice fine sand. The resort building has a great pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. The resort office and facility staff are very friendly. The owner provided an accurate description of the property and was very responsive with communication updates and answers to our questions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love PCB and renting from Helen Phillips makes things a snap. Check in and out is a breeze. Condo is in a quiet location and the property is well maintained. All the staff are friendly and helpful. WThe kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to feel at home as we made most meals in the condo.

First time in PCB

You’ll get exactly what you see on the photos, and more!! The view! OMG! breath taking. You can never get over the sunset, it’s just MAGNIFICENT! Love the place, the apartment was just perfect for us (two kids and two adults) The balcony is huge and you’ll get to enjoy a drink in the afternoon while watching the sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. The location is very convenient too. Very nice experience overall. The property owner is very easy to get in touch with and always there if anything is needed.

A Wonderul Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our week staying in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The balcony was a big hit, it’s huge and had comfy furniture to relax on. The views were amazing! The location is away from the crowded part of PCB, which we loved. Beds were comfy. We never had a long wait for elevators, which was nice. Pools and hot tub were nice. We cooked on the gas grill a couple nights, that was a nice accommodation to have. We parked across the street due to tight parking under the condos but that wasn’t an issue for us. We had a great week! I highly recommend this property!

Great place - I would stay again.

Very clean, no keys to carry around. A few more towels would of been helpful. Six big towels means more washing. Beach towels would be nice. I forgot to mention the power cord is loose on back of 2 nd bedrooms cable box. Very nice appliances. Decorated very tasteful and the patio is huge and decorated very comfortable. Staff is very nice and beach chair staff are awesome. I would stay again.

Great time!

This was my first time to Panama City and it was a great experience. The property was easy to get to and the condo was awesome. My favorite part was the balcony. All the great furniture out there was great and made the evening/morning a great place to see and listen to the ocean. The condo was decorated beautiful and had plenty of seating in the living room area. Our stay was short but I will definitely keep this property in mind for future stays. The only negative that I can say and this is not the faulty of the condo owner is the parking. The spaces are VERY tight and just hard to park in the covered area.

Yearly getaway

Every year for the past 3 years we have had a couple’s weekend and this year was by far the best! The room was amazing and beautifully decorated with everything you need. People in the office were very informative and helpful. October was a great time to go and still warm enough to enjoy the beach!! Thanks for the 2 beach chairs and umbrella! Being able to grill enjoy the hot tub and play our music was so very relaxing! We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come again soon!! K&D and M&K

Exactly as Expected

The unit is exactly as pictured and is very beautiful done. Kitchen was amazing, all new stainless steel appliances and a full washer and dryer. The tall ceilings made this unit feel large and spacious. The bedrooms are both nicely sized and having en-suite bathrooms in both rooms was great, the beds were slightly firmer then I like but I was able to get good sleep. The sleeper couch was comfortable and soft. The balcony was amazing so much seating and space for groups. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family. If I had any suggestions it would be for very minor/inexpensive things like replacing the shower curtain rod in the master bathroom, making sure all outlets have covers and getting the ice maker fixed in the fridge. Overall I loved this place and could definitely see myself renting it again! Also the property manager was quick to respond and had already sent check in instructions a few days before arrival which was great as we arrived early for check in and with a quick txt to her she allowed us early access as the unit was already ready for us!

Great Condo Experience
