Location was perfect. The balcony was amazing…so peaceful. The pool was closed but we would not have used it anyway since it was so cool out.

A great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Park Place Condos changed our vacation from disaster to pure delight. Our original accommodations at Mountain View Zodiac were horrible, the management at Park Place Condos provided us with a beautiful 3BR 3 Bath unit that was exceptionally comfortable and immaculate. The management was friendly and helpful. Park Place Condos are the best in Gatlinburg.

Overall decent place to stay with a family, great value. Excellent location to the main shopping strip. The property was safe and plenty of parking especially for a 12 passenger van. The balcony view was the best part, you can hear the calming water. The check-in process was difficult to understand as there were no directions sent to me beforehand, I had to call to get information. You will need to go to the front desk which was closed when we arrived. After receiving the keys from the lockbox our check-in was smooth. The condo itself could be cleaner.

One of many times we have stayed at Park Place.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did submit a review for the last time we stayed at Park Place, and it was my first and only review I have submitted ever.I was very disappointed in the lack of maintenance that was needed on the unit. Both bedrooms, downstairs, had the closet doors ready to fall in the floor. One of the chairs in the dining room was broke and un-useable. Water pressure was so low it barely came out of the shower head and some light bulbs were in need of replacement. We have always like staying at these units because they are clean, nice looking and are convenient to the strip. We have used Park Place at least 5 or 6 times over the past two to three years and would like to continue using Park Place for our visits. I would hope better attention to maintenance will be scheduled.

Great Gatlinburg Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay in Gatlinburg! It’s extremely convenient with easy in and out to the downtown Main Street of Gatlinburg. We walked everywhere. The condo was perfect. It slept 10 and I loved the 3 king beds in each room with a set of bunk bed in one of the king rooms. We overlooked a stream and on our balcony and that was nice added touch to our stay. We will stay there again when we return!

Great Place with great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our condo at Park Place. It was very nice with a great location. The only complaint we had was the water pressure when more than one person showered at a time. If that could be fixed, then it would be absolutely perfect.
