Appartement récemment rénové de 86m2 et terrasse de 8m2 avec vue plein sud. Très lumineux, toutes les pièces, séjour, cuisine, salle de bain, chambre ouverte sur l'extérieur.

Situé dans le quartier résidentiel de Pinaret à Port de Pollença, au premier étage de l'immeuble HIBISCUS avec seulement 6 logements. A 300mts de la plage et 1km. du centre du centre de Port de Pollença.
Grand salon qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse avec de grandes portes coulissantes, où l'on trouve le canapé, deux tables basses, décoration et TV locale et satellite, unité d'air chaud et froid. Fabulous apartment

Just back from a week in Porto Pollenca and stayed in this lovely apartment. Very spacious and comfortable place with a nice stroll into town. Antonia meet us on arrival and was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Top notch flat in good location

This is a very smart flat a short walk to the beach. Quiet and very clean. Lovely big balcony with table and chairs to sit out and relax. Large bathroom and very large comfy bed. Good value.

Wonderful apartment

Antonia was very helpful answering our questions prior to our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has great kitchen appliances. It’s only a short walk to the beach and to the restaurants. The supermarket is only a short drive. We had a lovely week and will definitely return.

Peaceful, spacious, comfortable apartment

This apartment was ideal. Light spacious and clean with attractive patio. Everything we needed was provided. We were 4 mins from the beaches and restaurants. Antonia was very helpful and provided us with information and explained the workings of the utilities etc It was a hot week so the proximity to the beach enabled us to pop back for long lunches etc to cool down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy.

Port de Pollenca Appartment

Clean and in good area. Some expected items were missing such as: dining table & chairs, oven gloves, kitchen cloths/towels, pots & pans, wall clock, A/C in bedroom, and TV didn't fully work. Landlady was very attentive & friendly and spoke good English. Price was too high for what we got.

The Apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Kitchen clothes towel, pans and pots, oven gloves are provided. The Sony smart TV works perfectly. As for the rest, before booking, please review the property details and rates specified in the property advertisement. Antonia/Owner

Nice apartment

Lovely apartment well kept and good facilities. There is a building going up opposite the balcony and was very noisy. Also the apartment listed bikes and they were not available.

Fabulous apartment

This apartment was exactly as shown online, it was spotlessly clean, bright, modern and very comfortable. We were met by Antònia who was very welcoming and showed us around the property there was the added bonus of a room with iron and board already up so it was quick to press over any clothes if needed. The bed was large and extremely comfortable as were the pillows but with only one each we would have liked a couple of spares as we always sleep with two at home (that is just a personal preference not a complaint) The wardrobe space was huge with lots of hangers, always a good thingThe shower was really nice as was the whole bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, the lounge had a very large comfortable sofa, tv and the WiFi worked brilliantly too. We used the balcony for breakfast which has a very pleasant outlook with pull down blinds to block the sun or for privacy if needed. The walk to the beach took all of about 3/4 minutes a few more for the nearest restaurants and shops and about 15 to the main square. We have been going to Puerto Pollenca for the last 15 years so know it very well and this apartment is in a really nice area, a great location for all amenities. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you Antònia.

Excellent !

Très bel appartement ou rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour. Belle terrasse. Aucune difficulté pour se garer au pied. Plages à 300m. Et restaurants et bar tout près. La baie de Pollenca est magnifique. Antonia est au petit soin et l’échange est très sympathique avec elle ! Nous reviendrons sans doute !

Stylische Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wenn man allerdings die Spülmaschine nutzen möchte, wäre etwas mehr Geschirr (Kaffeebecher, Schälchen) wünschenswert.Überall in den Schränken fand sich reichlich Platz für persönliche Dinge. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die interessante Gestaltung und Dekoration des Wohnzimmers. Auch die Nähe zum Strand und zum Ort war angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Antonia war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Antonia was there to welcome us and fortunate we were able to check in early as no one before us. A perfect location five mins from the beach and great restaurants. We been to port de Pollenca many times before and will be back at this apartment. So spacious comfortable ( the best sofa) and comfortable bed and clean. Well equipped kitchen and so much storage too. Only recommendation is need two more pillows and cushions on the outside chairs or a sofa. Otherwise cannot fault

Return to Puerto Pollensa

We knew the location of the apartment from previous holidays and it’s in a great location for town and Llennaire and Eroski supermarket and beach. The kitchen and other rooms are large and the balcony is huge. I texted Antònia when passing Inca and she was there to greet us upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless and linen and towels changed at reasonable intervals.

Lovely apartment near beach

We've just returned from a week long stay in the property. It is 2 minutes from the beach and with a lovely, large terrace. The apartment is well equipped and located in the quiet residential area of Pinaret, our favourite part of Port de Pollenca. We alternated nights dining out in town, just a short walk away, with evenings using the open plan kitchen and outside terrace for eating "at home". We thoroughly enjoyed our staff and would recommend it for for couples looking for a peaceful break
