Maine Coast Home avec des vues fabuleuses

Cette maison rénovée du début du siÚcle offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique et la cÎte rocheuse du Maine. Regardez le coucher ou le lever du soleil tout en écoutant les vagues déferlantes. Il est entouré d'autres cottages du début du siÚcle et est situé à quelques pas des restaurants, des magasins, des plages de Short Sands et Long Sands, du Nubble Light House et des divertissements pour tous les ùges. Les villages pittoresques de York, Kittery et Ogunquit offrent de plus beaux paysages, des sites historiques, des antiquités, un théùtre d'été, des restaurants et des boutiques. Kennebunkport et Portmsouth, NH sont également à proximité.
La maison, construite en 1901, a été entiÚrement rénovée et offre un emplacement idéal pour tout ce que la cÎte a à offrir. La cuisine personnalisée est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner du homard ou rÎtir une dinde. Il a un évier d'agriculteurs, des appareils Thermador et Viking et des comptoirs en granit. Il y a 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, une douche extérieure, un espace de vie extérieur, une cheminée à bois et une connexion Wi-Fi. Les animaux ne sont en aucun cas autorisés et il est interdit de fumer. Dans l'effort de maintenir l'état de cette maison, il y a un MAX. occupation de 8 en tout temps, c'est un petit chalet non disponible pour les groupes de plus de 8.

Perfect place for Service Animals

If you have a licensed service animal this is where you need to stay! Three levels make it easy to keep your dog on ground floor. This makes potty breaks a breeze, esp.at night. Grass in front and along drive make clean up easy. One thing to keep in mind is that we experienced both insects and mice inside. Probably due to the fact that a lot of window screens are missing. Kept my pup entertained catching mice!

Holiday with the family

We have visited York Beach Maine, with our kids, for over 20 years. Now that they are grown, we wanted to find a house that we could all enjoy. (Vs three separate hotel rooms) You could have not asked for a house with a better view. We loved the five rocking chairs facing the ocean. And the family room for watching a movie at the end of the day was perfect.The house was clean and had a happy vibe that was enjoyed by all. Now I can see why there were so many 10 out of 10's given on the reviews.

Peaceful Retreat

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and it is truly a special place. Check in and communication with the host was easy. The house is spacious yet cozy. The view cannot be beat. It’s even better in person than in the photos. The kitchen has top notch appliances and is well stocked. Beds were comfy and there’s plenty of space to sit and chat or play w game. Very easy walk to the beach or to the lighthouse. Just so comfortable and peaceful. We can’t wait to come back!

Magnificent views. Cute little town. Easy walk to short sands beach. Saw a harbor seal from the large picture window of the house. Very well stocked VRBO for six adults. Very well stocked VRBO.

Fabulous views and fabulous house

Everyone loved the house, I’ve rented many houses and this one was by far the best equipped, especially the kitchen. This house was immaculate, the beds comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and linens. We spent most of our time sitting in those rocking chairs and enjoying the view. Cant wait to go again sometime.

Beautiful Home at York Beach

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed for 4 days. This home is beautiful inside and out. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The ocean view was spectacular. We especially loved the rocking chairs in front of the second floor windows overlooking the ocean. I highly recommend this home.

Maine getaway with besties

We loved this home! Perfect location to so many authentic Maine experiences- Ogunquit, Kittery, Kennebunk, Bob’s Clam Hut, Lobster Shack, Taylor’s Lobster Company, Nubble Lighthouse etc
 So much to see and eat! Colleen’s home is the perfect place to sit at night, make a great meal and enjoy great friendships! The views from the windows were mind blowing! The house was clean and so well equipped. It was a treat to use this home as our homebase.! Colleen was a perfect home host!

SUCH a beautiful property and very well laid out. Beds are incredibly comfortable, A/C was wonderful to have in the summer, main living areas are so well appointed. We just LOVE Colleen's place and will return again and again as long as she lets us!

The perfect birthday week!!

6 friends from all over the country came together to celebrate 3 birthdays. Lots of room for all us ladies. The house is comfortable and in a wonderful location. The scenery is beautiful and a pleasant walk to York Beach. We couldn’t have chosen a better house.

Maine Getaway

We used this home as our base camp for multiple weddings that we needed to attend. Even while the weather was less than ideal during our weeks' stay, it was very relaxing sitting by the picture windows looking out at the ocean, regardless of the weather. We had a terrific time.

Wonderful place to spend your vacation!

You absolutely cannot go wrong in deciding to stay here . The house is lovely , comfortable and so calming. It was truly heavenly even in the one rainy day. We actually felt that day was the best, looking out the picture windows at the pouring rain ,distant lighting and the stormy sea. This is the first ever York Beach vacation - we have been coming here for 40 plus years- that we did not hit the beaches1 Even the grandkids preferred just chilling and relaxing at the house. Yes, we did go on walks to down town and the lighthouse and Long Sands, but there is something so relaxing about this house that we loved just sitting in the rockers and reading while enjoying the view. The house is well stocked with everything you need, linens included. Thank you, Colleen, for sharing.

Spectacular!

A lovely home with all amenities and absolutely spectacular water views! Three-level living space allows for maximum comfort and privacy. Quiet setting yet close to town. Colleen was readily accessible and consistently helpful. Our family had a fabulous week at this very special home!

Beautiful stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was clean and the views are amazing. You can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night and the property is just a short walk to shorts sands beach and all of the shops/restaurants in its vicinity. Only hard part was leaving.

Great place for a stay in York!

We had a great time on our trip. Views were magnificent. Very nice house. Plenty of room to be with your group when you want and plenty of room to be apart from them when you need a minute or two! I’d come back here in the future and highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here.
