Beautiful and very comfortable

Michael’s place was absolutely perfect for me and my husband, but big enough if family or friends wanted to stay also! Just such an open space and wonderful! We enjoyed our stay for 11 days and I was absolutely heartbroken to leave! I will book this rental over and over if it’s available! Outstanding!

Wonderful house/wonderful location

Loved everything about this house. The location and the pool is fantastic. However, with a house this upscale, it could use just a few minor suggestions: there were no beach chairs, a broken umbrella and the kitchen could use a few upgrades such as non-plastic plates and glasses and a decent set of pots and pans. Otherwise, all was very good and would stay again.

An Amazing Vacation Home

The home is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The pictures were accurate and yet they still didn’t do it justice. The owner thought of everything - a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels and a binder with ideas for dining, local activities and instructions about the house. The backyard has a pool, bbq and lots of chairs and places to relax. I would highly recommend !!

Awesome home and neighborhood

When you rent a house, you usually see the photos, book and then realize when you get to the place that the pictures where somewhat better than what the real deal. Lighting and filters go a long way to convince you this is the best place you’ll ever see. What we have here is quite the opposite. Looking at the pictures, you tell yourself this is nice. But when you enter the premises, you will find yourself surrounded by an awesome, well taken care of two storey house, well equipped, with an exquisite backyard. Never hesitate to rent, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent stay

Excellent property highly recommend. Is as advertised. Location location location is excellent. One other thing I will add that I didn’t see in any of the reviews I read prior to going that is important to add is all the mattresses and bed lining was very comfortable. Also felt very safe here. Hope to be back. Thank you Michael and Amanda for allowing us at your beautiful home.

Great place!!

We came to visit family in Delray. This place is PERFECT! It is clean and bright and convenient. Michael (the owner) was super responsive and helpful and even allowed us to add an extra night when our flights were cancelled. We will definitely stay there again!

Enjoy a vacation property close to all what Delray offers and provides peace and Quiet

As the infamous singer, Tina Turner would say: 'Simply The Best' property to vacation in. Here are the highlights: 1. Exceptionally clean & updated furniture and appliances. Beautiful decor. 2. Responsiveness: Anytime I had a question for Mike, he responded quickly, 3. Detailed instructions for use of home items. For example, Mike went out of the way to provide stickers on switches to know what they controlled. 4. Location: Felt very safe in this home and secure, particularly with key and digital locks. The property is located well enough away from a major roadway, but also is easily accessible to get to. 5. Good for those wanting a quiet area, wants a pristine pool and access to Delray, beaches, restaurants 6. Spacious rooms 7. You get exactly what is described in the listing. We travel all over the world and stay in homes. Michaels place and his client servicing is top notch. We'll be back since Florida is our getaway from Wisconsin winters. Roy & Chris

We loved our stay, it was the perfect Delray Beach home.

From the moment you walked in the door you felt at home. Comfortable living space and large backyard with private pool. Everything feels new and updated. Quiet street really allowed us to relax and enjoy.

Just Prefect!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Prefect location, the house is just as listed and Micheal is great to work with and very helpful! The pool was our main entertainment and the prefect getaway from the Florida heat. Plenty of space for a family of 5. I would recommend this rental, we look forward to returning!!
