Property was as advertised. Clean, well equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Perfectly located a short walk from Downtown Delray. We enjoyed daily walks back and forth to the beach. Will definitely consider staying here again.

What a Gem!

We stayed at Casa Swinton for a week. We were in town for a wedding/mini vacation. This house is very clean, has lots of amenities and is close to everything. We enjoyed it so much that we may return in the future!

Great Weekend in Delray

This property was perfect for our stay with our extended family. We had a great time visiting our kids for parents weekend at FAU. The house was within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping and the beach and not too far from the campus. We were able to enjoy Delray and Boca! Simon was so responsive and quick to help with any questions. Definitely recommend this property!

Modern property in the heart of Delray Beach

A true gem. Completely updated house with all the latest appliances and entertainment options. Master bedroom is huge. Plenty of beach apparel. Bicycles for easy getting around. Host is very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at Casa Swinton. The house is comfortable, modern, very clean and the pictures are accurate. A/C and wi-fi were great. Location is excellent for walking to town and the house is well equipped for beach visits with chairs and umbrellas. Everything at the house is well thought out. Simon is a good communicator and check in was smooth. We hope to return!

Perfect rental in Delray Beach

We couldn't have been happier in this rental. The location was perfect. My husband and I, as well as our daughter and her husband came to Delray to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday. We were able to easily walk to the tennis center for a family round robin pickle ball tournament. We also walked to the farmers market on Saturday morning. We were also very close to the Atlantic Ave restaurants and the beaches. The house was clean, and everything worked perfectly. Simon, the host was very accommodating, when we requested a later checkout on our last day, he responded promptly and said yes. We will definitely return to this rental next time.

Walk to town and beach!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Casa Swinton and look forward to staying again one day. The location is great for walking 10 minutes to delicious dinners at lively and fun Atlantic Ave or to the beautiful beach (though that took 30-45 minutes). We loved breakfast on the covered front porch and if it’s sunny, you can eat dinner with your crowd out front on the picnic table. There isn’t space for a dining table inside but mostly it was just the 2 of us. Pickleball was so close, as well as Morikami, Gumbo Limbo, and friends in Boca. The master bedroom and especially the bed were incredible! The fence all around and especially in the front street side gave us privacy. We highly recommend Simon’s special home.

Excellent stay in Delray Beach

This house is exactly as it looks on VRBO and Simon is wonderful to work with for the reservation process as well as for any concerns. The walk is about 4 blocks to the Atlantic Ave shops/restaurants with about a mile total to get to the public beach.

Beautiful 2 story home just blocks away from Atlantic Ave and the Ocean!

The property was beautiful with modern appliances and updated technology in all rooms, including large screen TVs and Mac computers :-). We have a family of 6 (ranging in age from 5 to 56) and this place was comfortable for the entire of family with plenty of space for relaxing and spending mornings enjoying breakfast outside! We will definitely consider staying here again should we travel to Delray Beach in the future. Thank you Simon for keeping your property up to date and functioning well...we appreciate everything!!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We needed support for an issue out of the owner's control and his response was helpful and fast. The contractor hired by the owner for this issue was professional and handled it quickly, not interrupting our stay. I would highly recommend this property because of its proximity to town and beautifully maintained house. I look forward to returning.

If you want to be in walking distance to downtown DR beach and want to stay in a really lovely and comfortable house - this is the place! Beautifully appointed, well maintained, luxurious master bedroom, tastefully landscaped. Perfect! The owner was very responsive. A great getaway.
