Sol Mate was perfect! We celebrated our mom’s 80th birthday and had all of her adult grandchildren and great grandchildren stay with us for the weekend. There was plenty of room. The house was clean and well accommodated. The elevator was a godsend for our 80 yr old parents. Rooftop views were incredible. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. Pet friendly and leashed dogs are allowed on the beach. All in all I would highly recommend this property for the family.

Beach view unobstructed. Kitchen had many pots, pans, plates, bowls & utensils. Liked that coffee & spices were supplied. Loved that you could watch a sunset & sunrise from the rooftop. Management was reachable & very responsive. Loved there was no check-in process; simply used code to get in. It was quite a treat to see a space launch from the rooftop. Loved that the beach was a very short walk. Loved the elevator which was a requirement for our 90 year old mother. Her staying on the 3rd floor was ideal. We could have used more comfortable seating on the 3rd floor to enable all adults to sit comfortably to watch a movie. Ease of check-in & check-out process was great!

Amazing location

We have been coming to Anastasia Island for 3 years and this has been the best property so far! The location and views are great and we had everything we needed. The property manager was on top of everything. We had enough space for our whole family. They have an everything you could need.

Wonderful stay.

The house was clean, beautifully decorated, but not too fussy for a family with kids. We enjoyed the big kitchen and open area to dining where we had a scrumptious Thanksgiving dinner. The location was near many attractions. Even with lousy weather, there was enough to do that everyone remained very happy!

Family celebration

Family weekend

Sol Mate is a dream vacation spot ! We had a small wedding reception with just our family and it was amazing!! The house was clean, everything was just as expected

Another great beach vacation

This was our second stay at Sol Mate— upgraded mattresses, a new hot tub, a new office space and more upgrades made this even better than the first visit! Our family loves all the space, the pool, the rooftop star gazing, the proximity to the beach and the convenient location for our favorite St. Augustine activities! We have been coming to St. Augustine for decades and this is our favorite house!

A Sparkling Christmas at the Beach

Our family loved Sol Mate. The location is perfect-about three houses away from the beach access with a couple grocery stores nearby to choose from as well as restaurants. We had brought a tree with us but no need! The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays with charming touches. The house was spotless and everything was in good working order. Even a separate ice maker! They hade built in child gates at the top of each staircase which was really appreciated. We would definitely book again!

Incredible House and location!

We had so much space and the photos don’t do justice to how beautiful the house and views are. The house was so well stocked and Don was quick to answer any questions we had. We had an unforgettable week of fun on the beach, gathering in the house with songs and games and ultimate relaxation in the pool and hot tub. We will be back!!

This house is a one of a kind house due to its roof top deck but also its location. You can walk five minutes to arguably the best diner in St Augustine and restaurants available for lunch and dinner are a 6 minute walk.

To get to the great beach of St Augustine beach, it is 200 steps to the dunes allowing you to enjoy morning sunrises that are phenomenal.

If you want to watch sunrise with a cup of coffee and coffee pot just steps away, enjoy the flat open roof to see then entire beach line and watch both sunrise and sunset.

You can see the flat roof, which is totally unique, but the location is what makes this one a place that people rebook over and over again. With the elevator in the house it is ideal for all ages to enjoy. Plenty of sleeping areas with so many different areas in the house to beak away and have private discussions or to just be by yourself even with a full house.
