Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 12e étage donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe depuis le salon et les chambres !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!



Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un t��léviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et de 45 pouces Téléviseurs HD dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale, 2e et 3e, deux lits doubles dans la 4e chambre et un canapé-lit.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.

This condo was perfect for our large family! It has great views and is decorated nicely!The only suggestion we have is for there to be a plastic shower curtain for the bathtub shower.

This was the first of many years to come with an annual Girls Trip and Phoenix did not disappoint.

Great location and suite looked exactly like the pictures did on vrbo's website. Very spacious and accommodating. Only thing is carpet and rugs in the bed and living rooms could have been cleaned a little better but all in all it was Amazing!

Trip was great, condo is as it is stated on site. My only issue is with the lack of items in the kitchen to cook for a group of 9 and some of the bed comforters had stains on them.

Perfect location excellent building

Our stay couldn't have been better. The beach is footsteps away and the kids absolutely loved the pool with slide. Great restaurants and shopping are minutes away. We even used the grills on the ground level to make dinner one night. Our unit(1201) was very nice we dont have a single complaint. Overall a great family trip and we plan to visit again in the future!

July 4th Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo! There is plenty of room and places to sleep. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide, and the beach area was great also. We had no issue finding a parking space, and never waited on an elevator. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for cooking for a large group, but that is our only observation.

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect! Beautiful view, beach was not busy, we saw dolphins from the balcony each morning, condo had everything we needed for a family of 9 (including an infant), plenty of space for all of us, it was very clean and close to all local attractions. Staff was very responsive so I could easily plan our trip and everything was in working order when we arrived! We had zero problems with the condo! Highly recommend this unit! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Really Enjoyed our Stay

Very nice property right on the beach. Our family had a great vacation here. Condo was clean and very nice. Walk right out from the pool area to the beach. Close enough to walk to some restaurants. Nice kitchen to cook in so you don’t have to eat out at every meal. Charcoal grills available down by the pool. Had a couple very minor issues, and Property Manager responded immediately to take care of them. Would definitely stay here again when vacationing in Gulf Shores.

Condo is very large and decorated nicely. Great view from large corner condo with views from the beach and the bay. Some upholstery is a bit worn. Our first morning when trying to cook breakfast we realized there was only worn out scratched pans so I emailed the condo and they delivered a brand new set of pans and skillets within an hour so that was impressive. We would stay here again. Very convenient to everything and the bed rooms were very nice with comfortable mattress's.

A cute, nice place

This stay was pretty great. The rooms were pretty nice but the pillows in the master bedroom were a little thin. Also, the jetted bathtub does not work. The dryer needs a little maintenance as it doesn't dry clothes very well. Also, it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and a pot holder. However, other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was a nice temperature and the hot tub was relaxing. Being on the beach was really very relaxing and convenient. We would stay here again.
