Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 12e étage donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe depuis le salon et les chambres !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!



Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un t��léviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et de 45 pouces Téléviseurs HD dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. The whole experience was easy. I would 10/10 rent it again. The A/C was AMAZING! The waterslide was a bonus- my family loved it and played all day between the beach and pool. My only issue was that the patio door was SUPER hard to open and close and we only had 5 dinner plates. Overall, it was really the best experience.

The condo is beautifully decorated and love the light colored furniture. HOWEVER, the furniture was very dirty and wanted to cover with sheets or blankets before sitting, The kitchen felt very stingy in utensils and accessories. NO salt/pepper or coffee filters. You literally need to bring EVERYTHING. overall nice and very quieti did love that they had shopping carts to help get the groceries etc up and down the elevators

This condo was perfect for our large family! It has great views and is decorated nicely!The only suggestion we have is for there to be a plastic shower curtain for the bathtub shower.

This was the first of many years to come with an annual Girls Trip and Phoenix did not disappoint.

Great location and suite looked exactly like the pictures did on vrbo's website. Very spacious and accommodating. Only thing is carpet and rugs in the bed and living rooms could have been cleaned a little better but all in all it was Amazing!

Trip was great, condo is as it is stated on site. My only issue is with the lack of items in the kitchen to cook for a group of 9 and some of the bed comforters had stains on them.

Perfect location excellent building

Our stay couldn't have been better. The beach is footsteps away and the kids absolutely loved the pool with slide. Great restaurants and shopping are minutes away. We even used the grills on the ground level to make dinner one night. Our unit(1201) was very nice we dont have a single complaint. Overall a great family trip and we plan to visit again in the future!

July 4th Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo! There is plenty of room and places to sleep. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide, and the beach area was great also. We had no issue finding a parking space, and never waited on an elevator. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for cooking for a large group, but that is our only observation.
