Come see why this 19th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with wine cooler, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, while the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have two Queen beds in each. Also, there is a sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 16.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

I will say that the stay had a few hiccups but the Vrbo contact Jill was amazing. The place is very nice, plent of room for our large family.

Awesome Condo

Condo unit was perfect. The amenities, lazy river, slide, indoor pool and hot tub offered everyone in our group a different source of entertainment and relaxation. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The icemaker in the condo unit saved us so many trips to a store. Would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

A very spacious condo that has picture perfect views of the Gulf! Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors allows for a true luxurious experience whenever bringing a bigger group. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to get the most out of their trip.I do recommend bringing your own beach chairs though. 10/10 overall!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation and birthday getaway! We really enjoyed staying here with a group of 15. There was plenty of space for all of us and the view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed the pool, lazy river and beach! Everything was so beautiful and close access to town if you need to run to the shore for last minute things. The only thing we had an issue with were the floors being dirty. If you walked barefooted through the condo your feet would be completely black so we had to wear our shoes everywhere or keep socks on. Other than that it was a blast and we would definitely stay here again!

Ac went out but was fixed next day. Dishwasher was broken when we arrived didn't know until we loaded and ran a load. It was replaced on our 3rd day there. Overall condo was nice.

Nicely finished. Would definitely book again. We went over spring break and I thought it would be so crowded by the pool areas, but there was plenty of room for everybody and I never felt like I struggled to find a chair. Indoor pool was an added plus for evenings and a rainy day. Great location, great beach, great condo! Thank you!

Beautiful place!

The condo was beautiful with an incredible view! We stayed with two other families and there was plenty of room for everyone! I would only suggest bringing your essential and maybe extra towels. We were surprised there was only one kitchen towel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 trash bag for the trash can. We were able to keep up with the bathroom towels by washing every day, so those weren’t an issue. We just made sure to bring detergent!
