So nice it had a washer/dryer combo but the dryer does take long. Didn’t need to bring as many clothes as I did. Only bedding was sheets though.

Property is conveniently located to the historic landmarks of Florence and shopping. Also adjacent to major bus stop, so easy to ride buses anywhere in City. Shower is compact but functional. Same for elevator but it’s only 1 floor up. And close to Firenze SM Novella train station. Would stay there again.

Nice to have an elevator as many accommodations in Italy do not have this feature. Hot water and shower was great. Kitchen had what you need. Location to the train station, car rental and attractions was perfect. Cons: the apartment is non-smoking, but you need a key to enter a small hall to access the unit as well as 2 others. One of the tenants is a heavy smoker and the small hallway has a very strong smoke smell. Once you get past that, the apartment has no smell. This is out of the host's control, but if you are very sensitive to smoke smell, you do have to pass this area. Overall we had a very nice stay here and would return.

24 Hours in Firenze

We breezed into Firenze, and were greeted by the very friendly and professional Michele, who made check in simple. We were lucky to get into the Duomo just before closing time, then had a fabulous glass of wine with Leonardo at Retrogusti and met friends for a birthday celebration at Trattoria Pandemonium. Returned to our apartment for a great nights sleep. Love having a kitchen to make coffee and eggs in the morning. Then off to L’Accademia in the morning and lunch at Fuoco Matto just near our apartment and recommended by Michele. Great location and accommodation.

Está súper bonito el departamento, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La zona es muy tranquila y está muy cerca de la estación del metro. Puedes llegar a los lugares turísticos caminando o en transporte público. Lo recomiendo mucho!
