L'appartement 'Tamara' est dans un emplacement privilégié, au quatrième étage du bâtiment Louis Vuitton, avenue de Suède à Nice, avec une vue panoramique sur les jardins Albert Premiere sur la mer Méditerranée, à quelques mètres.

Cet appartement Art Déco lumineux et élégant d'une chambre (90 mètres carrés, récemment rénové) avec un vaste salon au sol en marbre est meublé avec goût et dispose de trois fenêtres / portes à double vitrage donnant sur une terrasse / balcon pour le petit-déjeuner avec des vues spectaculaires.

En dessous de l'appartement se trouve le quartier commerçant chic, les restaurants, les cafés. Les bars, clubs et casinos à la mode sont tous à une courte distance de marche. La vieille ville et le célèbre marché aux fleurs / fruits / légumes / antiquaires du Cours Salaya sont à seulement cinq minutes à pied à travers les jardins d'Albert.
Depuis le balcon la nuit, nous voyons la ligne d'horizon de Nice illuminée, y compris le Casino Ruhl, l'hôtel Plaza et la célèbre rue Paradis et au loin la magnifique cascade du château au-dessus de la vieille ville.

An exceptional experience. Breathtaking sea view, great balcony to sit outside, spacious apartment (it indeed looks even better than the photos), very quiet air condition, kitchen with all devices, elevator. Clean and very nice. Close to beach, old town, shopping. Great service from Valerie and Stephan! We are in Nice since more than 20 years and this is the best apartment we ever had. We will definitively return.

This is a beautiful view apartment in the heart of Nice. The 4th floor view of the Mediterranean Sea provides a variety of things to see from sunrise to sunset. I highly recommend this VRBO.

This is a wonderful property. Really enjoyed all the French doors that provided beautiful views of the ocean and area. It was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfectly located. Our host showed up 1/2 hour late but he did show us around the condo. We found the condo tidy. There were lots of dishes and the appliances for us to use. The decor was pleasant. And the view from the balcony was fantastic. Little things like the garbage can lid and cupboard doors were dirty. Didn’t take much to clean it up but housekeeping quality should be checked.The biggest issue we encountered was the shower. The plumbing was clogged and very slow draining, the host did mention it in passing while he showed us the property, but the shower did flood on us twice during our stay.

Amazing location and bright apartment

The property manager was wonderful and the apartment is very very nice. So open and bright. Everything was clean and fabulous location! Amazing views. Loved the stay and would definitely come back again!

This was our third year in a row staying in this apartment in Nice during Carnivale. We love everything about it and have had some of our best experiences staying here. The apartment itself is lovely, has everything you need, the location is perfect and the views are breathtaking. Thank you!

Wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect. The property manager was very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. The apartment was spacious and clean and had a wonderful view. Lots of great restaurants nearby and many interesting things within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here next time!

This place was everything! It is in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The place was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. But most importantly, the view was INCREDIBLE! The pictures does it no justice. I’d book here every time I visit Nice.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We loved this beautiful, comfortable apartment! The location was perfect and the apartment was exactly as described. It has a wrap around balcony with a wonderful view of the park below and the Mediterranean Sea just beyond it. It was a short walk to the Cours Saleya Market, many good restaurants, and the Promenade des Anglais. We highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Spacious Apartment In A Great Location

The property was large, clean, and in a great location. Walking distance to the old town, the beach and many pedestrian streets with restaurants and shopping. The appliances and amenities were all first rate (probably renovated recently). The automated blackout shutters were a nice touch for those of us who wake up with the light.

The best apartment

This place is great as all the reviews suggest. So close to Old Town & the beach and has the best view. It was great to pop down to the beach when needed. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk - avoid the ticket lines and just get the SNCF app and buy your tickets as you walk there. Again, thanks and we hope we get to stay again!

Can't Beat The View

Once again, as in 2023, we stayed in this lovely apartment for the annual Parades since there is outside viewing access from the salon, bedroom and kitchen. It is also very close to all amenities so it's a perfect location for a warm, sunny, seaside getaway from Paris. The agent was very pleasant and helpful as were neighbors who we met during our stay. We will definitely return.
