Centrally located with two metro stops close by. Spacious, clean, well-appointed apartment. Property description says washer/dryer but the property instructions manual urges guests not to use the machine without calling for assistance. The real glitch was checking in. We were scheduled to arrive between 10-10:30. Arrived 10:15 and were able to get into the bldg but not the apartment. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for someone to show up and let us in.

I need to remind the fact. The normal check in is at 3pm and we OFFER to make you confortable at 10:30am in the apartment. You arrived at 10:00am and we were here at 10:45am. For the washer, we write a red notice with all instructions step by step just in front of the machine. It seems you didn't see it.

This apartment is in a great location for exploring Paris. There are so many amazing cafes and bakeries nearby, and multiple metro stops as well. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Lovely flat with huge windows and well stocked for guests. It was during the heat wave so had all windows open and consequently tons of noise well into 1:00 a.m. from the cafe’s on the street. The aroma of fresh bread and pastries every morning from the corner patisserie was wonderful. There is only one split bathroom- not two bathrooms. Finally while it is clear that the flat is on the second floor, there are 42 curvy steps which are difficult for seniors to navigate. Very well located and easy to access.

Great location very close to Metro, bakeries, restaurants, and more! Nice spacious apartment. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook. We had a family of five and it worked well for our group. Pullout sofa in living room was comfortable for extra sleeping space. I would stay here again to enjoy Paris.

This apartment was just as clean, bright, and spacious as pictured. It was perfect for our family vacation in Paris—well-stocked with appliances and amenities for a long-term stay and centrally located. The charm of the historic building (with a modern remake inside) made staying there a really Parisian experience. The apartment is steps away from multiple Metro and bus lines, and numerous cafes and boulangeries. We couldn’t believe our luck finding this apartment!

Nice location in Le Marais neighborhood, easy walk to metro, cafes, markets. The down side to this apartment is no air conditioning, which makes it difficult in the summer months. We were there during unprecedented heat wave and even with heavy curtains covering the French doors and windows and fans in every room, the heat was unbearable, so we left earlier than planned.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The place was as advertised, clean and appointed nicely. It was a fantastic location - many metro stations close by. Genevieve was great about communicating with us and met us personally to show us around. We’d definitely stay again.

Great family apartment!

I reserved this apartment for my family of 3 and we loved it. Great location to walk to restaurants and cafes and a very short walk to the train station made all the main sites easy to access. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Fantastic place to say in Paris.

We loved this apartment. Great location. Just steps from the metro and so many great places to eat nearby. There was also playground nearby that were great for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Charming flat, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We loved the market and vintage clothing boutiques. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to metro for easy access to other areas. Electric bikes everywhere, though we did not use those. A lovely stay, we hope to come back again and stay longer!
