Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It was very well stocked. Even had outdoor speaker for the beach. Also loved that stairs all had gates!

What an amazing place to stay!!The place was perfect, perfect location, beautifully designed and literally had everything you need. They had everything we needed, soap for the kitchen, laundry detergent, trash bags, allll the beach stuff you could ever need, even had high chairs and a pack and play for our baby. It was a wonderful time and place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful Home with Beautiful Views.

Sol Mate is the perfect beach house!! We loved the outdoor cooking area and the awesome decks. Donna was great to work with and we appreciate all of her help.

The outdoor kitchen, restroom, shower and lower deck space were recently added. They offer an excellent covered area to hang out and lounge without the need to run up the stairs (or elevator) every time you need a beverage or the restroom. It also allows for outdoor fun with the protection of shade.

Beautiful, quiet retreat!

This house was amazing! It was well equipped, had a lot of amenities provided that most places don't include. The views were outstanding! We especially appreciated how equipped it was for our little ones. This is not a hustling and bustling area, but rather a quiet, calm slice of heaven! We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful beach house!

We LOVED our stay at Sol Mate! The house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay at the beach. So nice to be able to walk right out to the beach, come up for lunch and head back out until sunset. We enjoyed coffee on the porch, kids played cards at table on porch, lots of dolphin sightings and the grill was great! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home on the cape!

Amazing!

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. If you are looking for relaxation and a house that is fully stocked with everything you’d need for a vacation, this is the place for you. The property managers were very responsive and were quick to fix a maintenance issue we had. We’d definitely stay in this house again and any other property managed by Be Our Guest. Great family vacation! House is perfect for large groups. Lots of space to spread out. Property management was super responsive to questions and easy to reach. Would 110% stay here again. The house is dreamy! Loved all the details, including the outdoor toilet. Perfect!

Best beach, best beach

Sol Mate has absolutely everything you will need for a perfect week on the most perfect beach! We especially love having two dishwashers. The kitchen is very well stocked to feed a big group and you can watch the waves while cooking and eating. The high ceilings and huge windows give you amazing views of the beach which is right there, so close. We are already looking forward to our stay next year, thank you for offering such an amazing home to rent.

Thank you Tami! It was great hosting your party and we certainly look forward to your return next year. I believe Sol Mate has a somewhat unique layout as far as kitchens go. The owner recognized that most parties and gatherings gravitate toward the kitchen. It is as much an entertaining space as it is a place to prepare your meals. Giving the kitchen a front row seat to the beach is amazing as you can enjoy the view while prepping and cleaning up! Other guests have said they've never enjoyed cooking and doing dishes as they do at Sol Mate!

Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our spring vacation! The house is BEAUTIFUL and the elevator is a great addition! You are literally just a few steps down to the sand! I did have to contact the management team and they were very quick to respond and the owner even came by to check on us to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying again in the future!

A beautiful spacious home with everything you could need during your stay.

This was the perfect home. With 4 children, being steps to the beach was ideal...it made the week so relaxing and easy. The house is beautiful and so well appointed. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing meals. The storage area with beach supplies was well stocked also. The beach and water were the classic white sand and emerald green waters. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Sunsets!

This home is exactly as the pictures show, absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean! It's spacious and open, so even with a full house there is room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked with enough dishes/pans/utensils that made cooking pleasurable. The beds were comfortable, with quality linens. A few steps out the door and you were on the beach of white sand and beautiful water. The best, were the gorgeous sunsets right out your door!
