We have a clothesline for drying clothes, towels, etc., stretched between two palm trees next to a wooden table with four rustic chairs. We're sorry, but your description is extremely exaggerated. A pipe broke and we fixed it; no shots were fired, no injuries were reported. The compensation we awarded is the cost of four nights. The toilet was unblocked several times, and after you checked out, we had to dig up and open a pipe that was full of material not suitable for flushing. We are not asking for any extra payment for this extraordinary work.. Writing that we didn't offer an apology is incorrect. Here's our messages regarding the pipe under the sink and the TV. February 5th "Good morning, we are sorry for what happened...... February 6th "Dear Madam, We apologize for the incident; please see our message above. A pipe broke and was replaced yesterday at 8 a.m. Unfortunately, this is a domestic problem that can happen in any home. Yesterday, we checked together that the TV was working.
