UN ENDROIT IDÉAL SUR UNE PLAGE IDÉALE. Le Casita est situĂ© directement sur le sable de la plage de Tamarindo. C'est un studio avec 1 lit king ou 2 lits jumeaux, 1 salle de bain et 2 couchages.

Casita Del Mar est une unité privée séparée construite dans les arbres afin de profiter de la vue sur l'océan et des brises fraßches de l'océan et offre un maximum d'intimité. Situé à l'extrémité sud de la plage de Tamarindo, à mi-chemin entre Tamarindo et Langosta, le Casita est un refuge idéal. Le Casita est situé dans un jardin tropical dans un quartier calme et isolé en face d'Isla del Capitan et à trois portes au nord de l'hÎtel Capitan Suizo, l'un des meilleurs hÎtels du Costa Rica.

Pourtant, Ă  quelques pas du sable blanc de la plage de Tamarindo, vous ĂȘtes le meilleur endroit pour bronzer, surfer, nager, faire du kayak Ă  Isla del Capitan ou une promenade au clair de lune aprĂšs le dĂźner. Marchez deux minutes jusqu'Ă  l'hĂŽtel Capitan Suizo et son restaurant de classe mondiale ou marchez dix minutes au cƓur de Tamarindo pour les magasins, les restaurants et la vie nocturne. Mieux encore, vous pouvez admirer la baie de Tamarindo pour observer les vagues, regarder la flotte de pĂȘche sortir et revenir chaque jour ou simplement lire, se dĂ©tendre et surveiller l'activitĂ© quotidienne de la plage.

Le Casita est un studio spacieux situé en hauteur dans le manguier et le cocotier, beaucoup de nos clients l'appellent "The Treehouse".

Sejour se reve

La maison est superbe, bien entretenu, tres bien place et que dire des hotes. Ils sont sympathiques, accuillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons fortement cet hebergement qui a ete au dela de nos attentes. La plage est directement a cote de lhebergement et elle est tres belle avec se vague parfaite pour se baigner.

We loved our stay at Casita Del Mar. The location was fantastic, right on the quiet end of Tamarindo Beach. You could surf right outside our door. Casita had everything we needed and it was cleaned every three days by Kathy, who did an excellent job.

Wonderful

The Casita is in a great location for beach access, nice and quiet and yet a very short walk to restaurants, bars, small grocery stores. The studio had all the conveniences required for an enjoyable stay including a private patio surrounded by lovely foliage. The owner and property manager were very accommodating, they reached out upon reservation and offered suggestions and assistance to ensure a pleasant stay. Stellar housekeeping/gardening staff as well. No complaints. Pura vida!

Spacious on beach

The studio is spacious with nice kitchen area and bathroom. And there’s hot water for shower. There’s also a large deck; there was maid service she did the laundry for me. They have boogie boards, chairs, fins coolers for beach. You walk out of property and you’re on the beach. Was not crazy about beach, no sand and very crowded but that has nothing to do with rental. And I did not find restaurants and bars within walking distance. There was lovely and pricey restaurant, Sophia’s across street. Overall nice stay would rent again.

The hosts are the best as was the assistance provided by their contact with regards to any required bookings such as tours and the golf cart. This unit is the best as it is if was your own. Have been a couple of times and always a great stay.

The location was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to Tamarindo to shop yet not in the thick of the crowds. Roger and Pat were super hosts. They had inside information that was helpful. The girls on the beach did wonderful hour massages for $30. The gold cart was fun to get for a few days and drive to Langosta. It is a beautiful uncrowded beach. They have a very cute friendly dog we enjoyed on the property. The property feels very secure and it is steps to the beach. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. It was a perfect choice for our stay.

Great place to stay on Tamarindo Beach

Roger and Pat are the best hosts. They met us at the gate after a shaky drive from LIR, and all was wonderful for the time we stayed there. Nicely stocked kitchen, wonderful restaurant right across the road, and many many beach bars/restaurants along the beach. Our fave quickly became El Be. Great food and one of the best beach bands we've ever heard called Brother Brutus play on Saturday. Can walk into towne easily and get anything you want. Howler monkeys free of charge. This casa was the best!

Wonderful 6day vacation. No need for golf cart. Easy access to down town and restaurants. Owner and supervisor are very easy to work with. Great location on the beach, perfect for short stay

The location is perfect .. on the beach .. steps away but .. behind the main house so no view. There is a fresh water shower for when you come off the beach which is nice and beach chairs (which are in need of an update) and boogie boards .. nice bonus!The Casita has everything for a shorter stay .. but not really suitable for cooking (or longer stay); the kitchen only has an induction 2 ring cook top and the BBQ is below the Casita by a pile of rubble (not inviting). There is also no storage for any food ... but you'll need to keep everything in the refrigerator due to sugar ants that will find any fruit left out! We ate out every night.Overall, It's clean and comfortable ... The patio furniture is not the most comfortable ... but we spent all our time at the beach.

All too short...

It was with a sigh of relief when we arrived at the Casita and a proper welcome/refuge for the 5 days we stayed there.We'd just had a two-week tour of Costa Rica and were very much in need of a few days' relaxation before returning home.The accommodation was beautifully clean and well-equipped. Clear instructions are provided to keep guests in line with the ecological functioning and responsibilities of households in the area. Just to reassure people, there is ample space for 2 in the apartment so as not to feel cramped at all!We wished we could have stayed longer.

An amazing quiet space right on the edge of everything! Roger emailed us early on and continued to provide us information about our stay right up until check in. I felt prepared for our visit and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Steps from the beach and walking distance to town with the benefit of a quiet retreat away from it all! 6 days on the beach

We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great stay. The place is a studio sitting on the same property as a larger house and shares a walkway to the beach. Great location as it is only a few steps to the beach and then easy to walk in to town as well. It also felt very secure and was clean.

Very well equipped

We had everything we needed during our recent 4 night stay. The casita is extremely comfortable with good wifi, plus extra's like foil, saran wrap, sunscreen, bug juice, coffee, salft and pepper, etc. The bed was perfect, as were all the household linens. It's away from the noisiest part of Tamarindo which is very nice. New restaurant across the street Sofia's was wonderful. Highly recommend Casita del Mar.

Great location!

House had everything a vacationer would need. Never had to use our rental car. Everything was within walking distance including grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach.

Clean, convenient and very helpful

Roger was very helpful. Providing pickup at the airport and suggesting a driver so I didn't have to rent a car. His property manager gave me a complete tour when I checked in and everything was perfect. It was even better than I expected.

We have owned the property for 33 years and William, our manager, has been a property manager for over 25 years in Tamarindo so not only will he meet you to check you in when you arrive, help arrange most any activity during your stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We selected this property because it is directly on the best part of Tamarindo's great beach and close to the center of town, about a 15 minute walk to the circle. It's great because about 50 steps and you are on the sand and soon your are swimming, surfing, boogie boarding (furnished boards) or just enjoying the beach in one of our beach chairs. Also the lot is large enough for a flower garden and a mango tree where the monkey's hang out during the mango season.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is completely walled in with off street parking, you really do not need a car. The Casita had a great patio with lounge chairs, table and chairs for your dining pleasure, all with a white water view and a big plus is great monkey viewing during mango season, Feb. March and into April, the patio is built close to the mango tree allowing monkeys roof access and sometimes walk on patio railings.
