UN ENDROIT IDÉAL SUR UNE PLAGE IDÉALE. Le Casita est situé directement sur le sable de la plage de Tamarindo. C'est un studio avec 1 lit king ou 2 lits jumeaux, 1 salle de bain et 2 couchages.

Casita Del Mar est une unité privée séparée construite dans les arbres afin de profiter de la vue sur l'océan et des brises fraîches de l'océan et offre un maximum d'intimité. Situé à l'extrémité sud de la plage de Tamarindo, à mi-chemin entre Tamarindo et Langosta, le Casita est un refuge idéal. Le Casita est situé dans un jardin tropical dans un quartier calme et isolé en face d'Isla del Capitan et à trois portes au nord de l'hôtel Capitan Suizo, l'un des meilleurs hôtels du Costa Rica.

Pourtant, à quelques pas du sable blanc de la plage de Tamarindo, vous êtes le meilleur endroit pour bronzer, surfer, nager, faire du kayak à Isla del Capitan ou une promenade au clair de lune après le dîner. Marchez deux minutes jusqu'à l'hôtel Capitan Suizo et son restaurant de classe mondiale ou marchez dix minutes au cœur de Tamarindo pour les magasins, les restaurants et la vie nocturne. Mieux encore, vous pouvez admirer la baie de Tamarindo pour observer les vagues, regarder la flotte de pêche sortir et revenir chaque jour ou simplement lire, se détendre et surveiller l'activité quotidienne de la plage.

Le Casita est un studio spacieux situé en hauteur dans le manguier et le cocotier, beaucoup de nos clients l'appellent "The Treehouse".

Casita Del Mar dispose d'une salle de bain avec douche ouverte, d'une cuisine complète, de la climatisation et d'une terrasse extérieure dans les arbres. Il y a la télévision par câble, une connexion Wi-Fi et un service de ménage. Un parking sécurisé hors voirie est disponible sur la propriété.

Profitez de journées de baignade ou de surf, de balades à cheval à travers les rivières et les collines environnantes, savourez la scène de la fête locale, puis détendez-vous avec un massage privé sur la terrasse donnant sur le jardin ou profitez d'un massage spécial sur la plage. The whole property was well maintained. The room and kitchen were spotless. The balcony provided an excellent hang out spot to watch monkeys and birds eat the fruit. The beach in the backyard was the chefs kiss to the whole experience. Would recommend.

We loved our stay at Casita Del Mar. The location was fantastic, right on the quiet end of Tamarindo Beach. You could surf right outside our door. Casita had everything we needed and it was cleaned every three days by Kathy, who did an excellent job.

Perfect location

On the quiet end of a lovely beach, yet a short walk to lots of good restaurants, including a wonderful bakery,coffee shop right across the road with an interesting and delicious menu.

Wonderful as always

The hosts are the best as was the assistance provided by their contact with regards to any required bookings such as tours and the golf cart. This unit is the best as it is if was your own. Have been a couple of times and always a great stay.

Perfect place on the beach

Great and quiet spot, on the beach, walk to town, has it all. It couldn't be more perfect for a couple of days in Tamarindo. Bonus for the bakery/restaurant just across the street.

Awesome Location

We stayed in Casita Del Mar for 10 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is perfect for viewing wildlife, hanging on the beach, and an easy short walk into town to enjoy all the great restaurants. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Great location!

House had everything a vacationer would need. Never had to use our rental car. Everything was within walking distance including grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach.

Fantastic Getaway

Great studio in a fantastic location in Tamarindo. Close walking to town for restaurants or groceries, and access to the beach was as easy as could be. Would definitely book again next time we’re in CR, thanks for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

We have owned the property for 33 years and William, our manager, has been a property manager for over 25 years in Tamarindo so not only will he meet you to check you in when you arrive, help arrange most any activity during your stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We selected this property because it is directly on the best part of Tamarindo's great beach and close to the center of town, about a 15 minute walk to the circle. It's great because about 50 steps and you are on the sand and soon your are swimming, surfing, boogie boarding (furnished boards) or just enjoying the beach in one of our beach chairs. Also the lot is large enough for a flower garden and a mango tree where the monkey's hang out during the mango season.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is completely walled in with off street parking, you really do not need a car. The Casita had a great patio with lounge chairs, table and chairs for your dining pleasure, all with a white water view and a big plus is great monkey viewing during mango season, Feb. March and into April, the patio is built close to the mango tree allowing monkeys roof access and sometimes walk on patio railings.
