We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our host met us at check in and carried our luggage up, despite our objections. The apartment was in a nice area, close to everything but far enough away from the noise. The apartment was immaculate. Both JW and JC were very friendly and helpful. They took time out of their day to help us acclimate to the city, give us recommendations for places to eat, and things to do. We enjoyed talking with them. We definitely recommend staying here.

This property has everything one could want in a vacation rental. Immaculately clean and laid out with convenience of the traveler in mind. So many thoughtful touches and the BEST host you can imagine. Jay took great care of us and made sure our time in Amsterdam was perfect. It was like we were staying with friends. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely return. Hosts were wonderful - communicative and available. Soft cozy beds - I usually like firm but slept perfectly well. Neighbourhood was quiet, with grocery stores nearby, transit options, and restaurants. Limited cooking facilities (only a microwave) and food storage if you plan on eating in a lot. There were welcome treats and drinks as well as coffee and tea supplies. Above and beyond! Owners live across the hall if there are any issues - but we had none!

We very much enjoyed our four night stay at Palm Apartment in Jordaan. The unit was very quiet and comfortable. Check-in and communication was great, and the owners provide a comprehensive website to assist your stay in Amsterdam. It was overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend.

Great location for exploring Amsterdam!

We loved our stay, with terrific support from the hosts, including their own app so we could not get lost! This suite had everything we needed for a 3 day visit before heading south to Spain. We were able to shake off the jet lag with a comfortable rest, and then explore the central part of the city on foot very easily. We would happily book this accommodation again!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless- It’s clear the hosts take great pride in keeping the space exceptionally clean and welcoming. They were also fantastic to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and always available to answer questions or provide helpful tips about the area. Their warm hospitality really made the stay extra comfortable.

An amazing stay in luxurious surroundings

Thank you to our hosts for providing such a tranquil, well-appointed and relaxing apartment. From check-in to leaving we were well looked after and everything we needed was provided - right down to the last details. Also nice to have plenty of crockery and cutlery as often these are the bare minimum. Facilities were excellent and exceeded expectations - would highly recommend.

Comfort and exceptional hospitality – in the best location in Amsterdam

In several previous visits to Amsterdam, we’ve come to love the Jordaan – and we’ve now found our perfect home base. This apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet easily accessible to great restaurants and world-class attractions. It is spacious and very comfortable, well-furnished and with lots of little touches that add up to a great stay. But what really sets it apart is the hosts and their level of hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Love this place and our hosts. Great neighborhood.

Jon and Jon have a wonderful place and are so pleasant and helpful. Even carried our luggage upstairs for us. You will not be disappointed with this property. Great location with beautiful restaurants and shopping nearby. Very close to public transportation. The property is very clean, had plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and all the amentities you need. You will be glad you booked it. We are.

Exceptional hosts and fabulous location

JW & JC went above and beyond. They are fabulous hosts - attentive, engaging, caring and thoughtful. The apartment is stylish, roomy, super comfortable, great bed, and located in a wonderful part of Amsterdam. A short stroll to an incredible market, and nearby are restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. We highly recommend them and their apartment. We loved it and them.
