Right around the corner from golfing, resort pool, tennis/pickleball, and wonderful restaurants with live entertainment. Enjoy spending a relaxing time outdoors? Take in the scenery and shade of your own spacious outdoor wooded area. Maybe light up the fire pit and roast some marshmallows! Boykin Springs and nearby nature areas offer great hiking.

Great location for fishing tournament

The house was nicely remodeled and had everything we needed while we were at the lake for a fishing tournament. The beds were very comfortable too!

Great house for our trip

House was perfect for our family fishing trip. Plenty of space for my husband’s boat plus my SUV, clean and tidy, all home essentials were there, double bunk beds were great for my kids, and the washer/dryer were great. Location was perfect for the fishing tournament.

Stayed here for a golf tournament at Rayburn County Club. Very close to course and perfect spot to stay with friends.

Great stay

We had a great weekend in the lake. The house is close to dining and the lake. It was well kept and equipped. Very comfortable beds!

Could be nice, but needs some help

Outside-needs a wider driveway at the entrance & middle for boat owners. Saw a copperhead by garage, just fyi. Lots of spider webs in garage. Inside-should check it before people stay, needs window coverings in main area, clean the spider webs from walls & window seals, under cabinets, by TV, in the fireplace. Fireplace had several tree roaches in it. Lots of daddy long leg spiders all over, live & dead. Killed several throughout our stay. Like the openness feel the inside had. Cute, but, the bugs kinda put a damper on the stay.

My son was fishing in the THSBA State Fishing Tournament on Sam Rayburn. Great location & plenty of room for the entire family.

Fishing Trip to Sam Rayburn

This is a good spot to stay for a fishing trip to Sam Rayburn. Good location close to dam. We ate the Mexican restaurant nearby and the burger joint, which was really good. Also check out Tackle Addict if you are into bass fishing. Plenty of room to park your boat in front of the house and plug it in. House is very large. I would rent here again.

Comfy and relaxing

We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving and had a great time. The beds were all comfy, even the bunk beds. We enjoyed playing the board games, dominoes, and puzzles. The only drawback was the lack of Wi-Fi which hindered the Black Friday shopping. đŸ€Ł

All around amazing!

By far the best property rental experience! Messaged Josh in a panic to rent this property because another rental had fallen through. He quickly responded and was very accommodating. House was super clean and well stocked. Secluded but still close enough to town. 10 out of 10! The home is so beautiful and spacious, was perfect for 13 ladies!
