Ce condo de luxe entièrement équipé avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain offre tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances mémorables sur la plage. Le condo est face à la plage et comprend un balcon surdimensionné avec des chaises longues confortables donnant sur les magnifiques eaux blanches, sablonneuses, plages et émeraude du golfe. Détendez-vous sur ce balcon et profitez de la vie marine et des couchers de soleil majestueux.

Cette résidence prévoit de merveilleuses vacances sur la plage! Le salon comprend certains des meubles les plus confortables que vous trouverez et inspire des siestes relaxantes et sans stress. L'agencement du salon comprend une télévision murale et de nombreux sièges fabuleux pour profiter des films en soirée, des événements sportifs ou simplement admirer la vue sans fin sur le golfe. La cuisine complète est parfaite pour cuisiner et comprend également une barre de petit déjeuner avec des sièges pour quatre et une table de salle à manger pleine grandeur. L'élégante chambre principale jouxte le balcon et comprend un accès séparé au balcon et une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Dormez au son des vagues! La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles offrant de nombreuses couchages.

Ocean Reef propose une piscine et un bain à remous face au golfe. La piscine intérieure est chauffée en saison et offre une vue sur le golfe et un hammam intérieur. Les deux piscines sont très proches de la promenade de la plage, ce qui permet aux clients de se déplacer facilement de la piscine à la plage et de revenir. Une salle de remise en forme et un sauna sont situés au sixième étage.

Ocean Reef est idéalement situé avec de nombreuses activités amusantes à proximité. Runaway Island, l'un des plus beaux et des meilleurs restaurants en bord de mer, est à deux portes (distance de marche facile). Runaway Island propose également un bar de plage accessible à pied depuis la plage Ocean Reef. De l'autre côté de la rue, vous trouverez du golf putt-putt, des glaces, des karts, des boutiques de cadeaux, des sandwicheries et une salle de jeux d'arcade.

This condo was excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Everything was tidy, clean, and well cared for when we arrived, and the beds were very comfortable. The true gem of this place, though, was the balcony. We probably spent more time there than anywhere else besides the beach itself. There was ample seating for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the view was absolutely worth it.Another thing we really appreciated was that the property itself never felt overly busy during our stay. It made the experience feel more relaxing and enjoyable. We also appreciated the strict no-smoking policy, which made a noticeable difference around the property and on the grounds.A few helpful notes for future guests: there were four beach chairs provided along with umbrellas, which was a really nice bonus. There’s also an air fryer available (we didn’t end up using it, but it was nice to have the option). The elevators were surprisingly quick and we never had long waits, which can make a huge difference at a busy condo property. The pools and grounds were well maintained and very nice, and having luggage carts available made loading and unloading so much easier.One small thing worth mentioning: there wasn’t a pizza pan available. It definitely didn’t impact our experience at all, but if we had known ahead of time we would have packed one.One extra perk was having Funland across the street. The burgers were great and the staff there were incredibly friendly.

Easy booking, good parking deck, over flow was good/safe. Deck attended nice. Condo very clean with the exception of floors really needing to be mopped with cleaner not water. My socks were black. Other than that, there was no dirt or dust anywhere not even in the corner of the shower walls at the floor. *4 of 6 ladies are professional cleaners in our group* It was spotless. The balcony was everything my old gals needed. The furniture was really way I picked this unit, pure comfort. The only thing that would have made the balcony better would be a country girl box fan blowing while you nap. The kitchen was stocked even crab claw pliers, we needed those. We decided to order from across the street, The Local Steamer due to summer traffic & 2 of the 3 elevators were very busy (1 new elevator, 1 broken elevator, & 1 that kept sticking/ fire department had to come open it to get us out). We did walk across the street the last night for ice cream @ Funland (great old school soda fountain like diner,very clean &does not smell like grease, has a large arcade). Be mindful of the kcup, the coffee cups are not tall enough for the brew size so you will need to use a taller cup/also you have to hold the K cup top down bc it will not stay closed. While there one of our silicone bracelets snapped, and the parking garage guy exchanged it for us. This is a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it. Clean &safe, easy booking no hassle, parking and maintenance on property &extremely nice

Could have been better

Floors were dirty and dusty, especially bathrooms. Public hairs all over master shower wall. Kitchen surfaces had food on counters at check in. Very dusty on all bedroom tables. I am a cleaning lady and I guarantee I left it in MUCH better condition than I found it.

Beautiful Property

This unit is as well kept as any you’ll find. Spotless, with high end, comfortable decor. We were as pleased with this property as any we’ve ever rented. The only draw back was cutting our vacation short due to Hurricane Michael. Other than that, not a single disappointment. When we return, we’ll definitely look at this property first.

I would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again. We stayed for 5 nights, July 14-19 2025. The balcony of course had an amazing view. The furniture on the balcony was so comfy - a must if you want to enjoy the views during any stay. The mattresses also so comfy - beauty rest hybrid - I’m now buying one for home - slept so good! Response from maintenance on the patio door was quickly resolved (lock was stuck due to the weather). Peak times had an elevator wait but that’s any place like this and I’ve stayed at many. Kitchen has all you need (does need a spatula) and is clean as are the bathrooms. The beach in front of the condo was never overly crowded. They send an email with all you need to know before, during and after your stay. There is no lobby or front desk - check in is with the guy at the entrance of the parking garage who was soo kind and friendly!

The perfect spot for our vacation! Great views, you can walk to the beach, its on the strip so you can walk to places for food. The power did go out but was resolved in about 30 mins. Other reviews mentioned the elevators could be down but all 3 were working. I would definitely come back here for our next vacation

We loved the actual condo - rooms & furniture were very nice 2. Ocean view was perfect & gorgeous 3. Condo was obviously cleaned before our arrival & we had all we needed to get started (kitchen, bathrooms & laundry room - the frig was SPOTLESS btw) 4. Staff was kind & helpful. The only reason we subtracted a star was due to some maintenance issues (the 2nd bathroom toilet ran nonstop (we turned it off at night), a lower kitchen cabinet would not open, and it's probably time for a replacement dishwasher (very loud & only cleaned okay). But overall we were pleased and I would and already have recommended Ocean Reef to friends.

Awesome Property!

This property met my expectations. The condo was EXACTLY as advertised. It was well equipped, living area was very comfortable with well kept furniture. Viewing the ocean from the balcony was even better because of the comfortable furniture that was provided. I would definitely recommend staying here to any family!
