Au Coral Reef Club # 34, vous tomberez amoureux de ce grand condo ouvert! 1 chambre + lits superposés, et une mezzanine à l'étage avec 1 lit king et 2 lits jumeaux. 2. 5 bains (10 personnes) dans le quartier branché de Crystal Beach.

Coral Reef Club est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique, au cœur de Destin, à quelques minutes à pied des boutiques et de certains des meilleurs restaurants de Destin. Cet établissement se trouve à quelques minutes de route du parc d'attractions Track et du parc aquatique Big Kahunas. Faites des promenades romantiques sur la plage! Profitez des couchers de soleil! La pêche en haute mer est l’une des plus belles eaux du Golfe que vous verrez jamais.

Cette propriété est une destination favorite récemment rénovée et plus charmante que jamais. Le Condo est un complexe de condominiums pittoresques de trois étages qui comprend une piscine, un jeu de palets et des barbecues au charbon. Vous constaterez que Coral Reef Club est plus privé que certains des grands condos à plusieurs étages de la région. La plage comprend plus de 300 pieds de front de mer vierge avec une pelouse du côté du golfe et un service de plage saisonnier.

Ce condo au troisième étage s'ouvre sur votre propre balcon privé pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur le sable blanc cristallin et les magnifiques eaux vert émeraude. Vous pouvez regarder à travers les dunes de sable blanc jusqu'à la plage qui ressemble à votre propre plage privée! Profitez de vos deux chaises de plage et d'un parasol qui vous attend! (Le service de plage est saisonnier) Vous et votre famille profiterez à coup sûr de chaque minute passée au Coral Reef Club, où le personnel de la réception et les préposés à la plage sont prêts à vous aider.

La chambre principale du rez-de-chaussée contient un lit king-size, deux lits superposés dans l'alcôve du couloir et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. De plus, une mezzanine avec 1 lit king et une chambre séparée avec 2 lits jumeaux. l'étage a aussi une salle de bain complète! Alors amenez vos amis et votre famille!

L'unité a un mobilier mis à jour, 2. 5 salles de bains, une laveuse / sécheuse dans votre unité pour votre usage et une cuisine entièrement équipée pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson.

The view is beautiful and we have easy access to the private beach. You don't have to sit behind three rows of chairs and umbrellas like you do on other beaches. We have been coming to Coral Reef Club for 12 years and will never go anywhere else for our family vacation. Everyone is friendly and respectful including office staff and other guests.

Suggestion for stairs on outside would be to mark the half steps where they are at and put sign or something because my husband almost fell and I did fall, just happy I did not break anything. Reviewer Comments: First problem was no air coming out of vent in third bedroom with two beds , had to run two fans and was still very warm! No dressers for clothes! Oven was very dirty, when baking something, smelled like smoke! Couch was very worn out! Dealing with the chair rental was out most disappointment, with a three bedroom condo , they should be three sets!!! And was never told about a 48.15 charge for them to put chairs out there for three days!!! We talked to out her guest that felt the same way!! Since 2019 we have been staying here in a one bedroom, but this time we rented a three bedroom for our sons, and all grandchildren, so we had never experienced these issues!!

Definitely a rental property...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a beautiful location and provides great access to all Destin has to offer. That said, the unit itself has the feel of a well used rental property. while very clean at check in, the furnishings are very worn and the hide-a-bed sofa has seen many many many better days. The kitchen is modern looking, but the very important dishwasher is very inefficient, and we quickly learned that we had to thoroughly clean all dishes before running the dishwasher. The operation of the TV was very cumbersome and confusing. I suspect the remote needed new batteries, but by the time we used the TV in the evening hours the office was closed. As for the main bedroom king mattress, it has seen better days as well. All of the upgraded plug-ins were a nice touch, but the one behind the bed stand in the main bedroom was almost impossible to access. might have been better behind the hamper by the door? Overall, the property serves our needs very well, but for the money I would expect a little better general upkeep of the individual unit!A note about the beach umbrella operation, Michael was a GEM! he does a great job, is well spoken and a terrific representative for your property!!

Terrible Customer Service

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were told in advance by a staff member that we could have 3 passes for parking due to our group size and luggage, but when we arrived the front desk staff cut me off mid-sentence while asking for our 3rd parking pass, and told us that it didn’t matter that we talked to someone before hand. She said that our contract guaranteed 2 passes only. I tried to explain that we took 3 cars soley because the staff member we talked to previously told us that we could get an extra, but we were talked over again. We felt incredibly belittled, and were told that our only other option was public or paid parking. This was for a bachelorette trip, and it disrupted our plans completely. I would have felt a little better if we had been told that our 3rd pass wasn’t possible in the first place so that we wouldn’t have been blindsided, or at the very least had gotten some kind of discount on our room for the horrible customer service we had to deal with (and the paid parking we had to use). However, no apology was made. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Last family vacation at the coral reef club 😞

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4 consecutive year to stay at crc, Destin. Our 3rd time in room 34. We were disappointed to see that the entire stairwell was out of use and various parts on the condo were boarded up and “under construction” Out condo was good, as we had come to expect from previous years. The upstairs king bed is in serious need of a new mattress or a pillow topper at best. There are several outlets that are not working. The amount of people using the pool after hours was astounding. At one point I had to “Karen out” of them from the third floor and ask them to quiet down. I reported it to the front desk the next morning and they said they would handle it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were ready to book for next year until we realized the price had jumped substantially. Unfortunately, I cannot justify paying $750 per night and still having to shop, cook, clean, and ride in a hot elevator. We will miss it.

Most of the interior doors didn't latch properly and the upstairs toilet lid had to be held in the up position or would fall down.Otherwise, it was a very nice property.
