La Casa Caterina est Ă  50 mĂštres de la place du DĂŽme, au cƓur du vieux centre de Florence, Ă  proximitĂ© de tous les monuments, musĂ©es, galeries et biblioteques les plus importants. Vous pouvez vous rendre Ă  pied Ă  la gare principale S.M.Novella en quelques minutes. Cette zone n'est accessible en voiture que par ses habitants. Il y a 50m de cash-garages pour le parking; PossibilitĂ© de louer un vĂ©lo ou une voiture Ă©lectrique autour de la gare. Tous les principaux commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ© du quartier (borne Internet, Ă©picerie, restaurants, vĂȘtements etc.). Our Favorite Place!

This was our favorite stay in Italy! Florence itself is beautiful but this apartment made our stay special. Spacious.comfortable, and beautifully decorated-and the hosts are very good at making sure you have everything you need. We hope to be back!

Perfect Location

Our stay was amazing. Filippo was wonderful. Check in was so easy. We were getting in a little late so we were given instructions on how to enter the house and we had zero issues. You were a 30 second walk to the duomo and so many shops and restaurants.! I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment!

We had a wonderful stay! Just a block from the Duomo! Very comfortable! Enjoyed the artwork, washer and dryer, and full kitchen! There are a couple flights of stairs to get up to the apartment, but our family had no problem with them. The building is charming and historic. Thank you Filippo and Caterina!

Nice retreat in historic Florence

Highly recommended. Would stay here again. Great location near the Duomo. Listing is accurate. Walking distance to the historic sites. 15 minute walk to the train station. There is noise at night as expected for such a central location.

The perfect place to stay in Florence.

We stayed at the apartment for two weeks. Filippo greeted us when we arrived at the apartment and provided all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment was very clean and obviously well maintained. It was a comfortable place to stay and Filippo was very attentive to all requests and questions that we had. The location could not be beat. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence and only 15 minutes walking to the train station. (We took several day trips and it was great to have the station nearby.) A small grocery store is right next door, and a larger one just a 5 minute walk. When we come back to Florence we will stay here again.

Wonderful stay in the heart of the city

Filipe and Caterina could not have been better hosts. The made recommendations and checked in to ensure everything was going well. You always knew how to get a hold of them if needed. The home was so lovely. It had everything you could have needed. We enjoyed every moment and did not want to leave. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Best stay in Florence so far!

When my husband and I were planning our trip to Florence we knew that we wanted to rent an apartment within a 5 min walk of the Duomo and this listing didn't disappoint. We loved that it was larger than other places we have stayed in and had a laundry room, that was sorely needed on this trip. Filippo was a pleasure to meet at check-in. He gave us a tour and went over all of the features of the apartment when we arrived, which was much appreciated. He checked in regularly to see if everything was okay and asked if we had any questions, which we didn't since he was so thorough on the tour. The beds were great, nice and firm the way we like them and the walk-in closet in the master bedroom was a nice touch. The kitchen functioned nicely and we cooked about half of our meals there during out 7 day stay, which as fantastic since eating at restaurants all the time can make a large dent in your wallet. We will be sure to book this property again the next time we decide to travel to Florence :)

More comfortable than home.

Do not hesitate to book this gem of a spot. It is HUGE, which I was not anticipating. Every small detail was checked. We got lost on our way in to Florence, trying to find parking and the host met us on his scooter to help us. Talk about above and beyond! The rooms are spacious, linens superb and amenities galore. Book this place and feel more than at home. I wish this were my home. When we return to Florence we will stay here again!

Magnifique appartement

Tout est conforme à l'annonce, il est trÚs facile de communiquer avec Philippe. L'appartement est d'un confort exceptionnel, décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique: 2 mn du duomo, 5 mn des Uffizi.,. Tout peu se faire à pied !

Location, location, location! A wonderful experience overall. Filippo and Caterina were only a text away, if needed. Their home was perfect for our week long stay in Florence. We were able to walk everywhere and sneak back for a quick break then head out again. A gem!

Catarina and Fillippo were great !!!!the Apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The trade off for close proximity to Duomo is NOISE. Around the corner from hospital, motorcycle parking area and down the street from ambulance center....very urban noise. People talking outside very late from bars and restaurant and noise carries up. Great place if you’re used to city noises . We are not.

This apartment completely exceeded our expectations! Filippo was an amazing host- very friendly, organized, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was located close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The apartment was spotless and beds were comfortable. It was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two adult children. We all felt at home and agreed this would be where we would want to stay if we are lucky enough to visit Florence again.

Amazing Florence Visit

This apartment was amazing. It was extremely spacious with a living area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry room which came in very handy for us. It as impeccably clean and brilliantly located (just a couple of minutes walk to the Duomo). Caterina greeted us when we arrived went over the ins and outs of the entire apartment. She was extremely friendly. Although she did not speak much English, Filippo was available by phone at any time. We LOVED LOVED LOVED this apartment!! Thank you Caterina and Filippo!

Best Apartment in Florence!

I have vacationed in Florence on seven different occasions, in seven different apartments, this apartment is the best all round! Every room is decorated beautifully. It is very spacious and well equipped. The location is only a block from the Duomo, which is the center of the historic district. The owner has many Italy travel books, so you do not have to pack your own. The owner, Filippo checked on us every few days to assure we were comfortable. You don't have to pack many clothes as it has a washer and a dryer with all instruction in English and other languages. Also, they provide a change of linens every week. I cannot think of anything negative to write. Thank you, Filippo and Caterina!

I will stay here again!

This was our favorite apartment during our stay in Italy. The owner was very response with our email questions, gave great check-in information and allowed us to check in early. The apartment is in a great location, just around the corner from the Duomo. It can be a bit noisy at night but most centrally located apartments are. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Roomy enough for 4 women traveling together. I think our favorite thing about the apartment was its character and the art. I will stay here again if I return to Florence.

Steps from the Duomo. Beautifully decorated and clean apartment. Plenty of space...1 bedroom with queen bed, large closet and wc. 1 bedroom with 2 twins. 1 shared bath with shower and wc. Well stocked kitchen and separate dinning area. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Warm welcome from host and several great travel books to borrow.

Location, Location, Location

A tastefully decorated and well furnished apartment a few minutes' walk from the Duomo. Also there's a small convenience store just a few steps away where one can buy basic groceries. We only stayed a few days, but wished we could have stayed longer. Responsive communications from the owner, and we were met at the apartment upon arrival. Also as we had an afternoon train to catch, we were able to store luggage on the last day after checking out. Recommended.
