Construit en 2017, profitez de cette belle maison de plage avec sa propre piscine privée chauffée. Vues Intercoastal et Marsh depuis les ponts avant et arrière. 3 chambres. 2 salles de bain, plan d'étage ouvert, cuisine gastronomique avec appareils en granit et acier inoxydable. Smart TV dans Great Room, Internet haut débit et TVHD, DVD et télévision par câble dans chaque chambre. Douche extérieure fermée avec eau chaude et froide. Table de pique-nique, rockers et vélos (2 adultes) fournis. Près de l'accès à la plage privée (environ 1000 pieds, moins de 3 minutes à pied). Accès à la plage: 1101-1103 OBW

50% du paiement est requis pour effectuer la réservation, et le 50% restant est dû 30 jours avant l'enregistrement. Le dépôt de garantie est remboursable à condition qu'il n'y ait aucun dommage à la propriété. Des frais supplémentaires de nettoyage / linge peuvent être appliqués. Le chauffe-piscine est disponible pour 35 $ / jour, sans compter les jours d'enregistrement et de départ. Holden beach getaway

Home is in good condition and clean. Michael is great host super attentive to our needs. Pool is great feature. Plenty if space and great out door space. Loads of beach fishing and chairs. games also in home too

Awesome family stay

The house was perfect for our family of five. We loved the heated pool with all the fun floats provided. It was a quick walk to the beach with two options (the left one has no stairs). The kitchen had everything we needed. Communications with Michael were excellent. We'll be back!

Quiet beach getaway…

I’ve been coming to Holden Beach since I was an Unborn baby lol, now in my 40’s I get to share it with my wife. The place is immaculate and has everything you could ever need all the modern amenities in a great location. The pool is a nice bonus as well. Got to experience the beautiful views and the fireworks out over the channel. Couldn’t thank the host enough very accommodating and attentive without pestering.

Fantastic Time

What a lovely home this is—and it looks exactly like the photos! It is a very short walk to the beach. You have a lovely view of the marsh land with the pool and the birds! It’s heavenly! I loved having the laundry room—especially if you have an active family on the beach, the coffee maker makes both drip coffee and takes k-cups, and there are lots of kitchen utensils and even spices! We had the best time—and so relaxing 😌!!! Well worth every penny!

This must be the place was great !

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Holden at this must be the place. We were able to relax and recharge. You have the beauty of the marsh as well as sounds of the ocean .Everything was clean and the house is perfect for a beach rental . It has everything you need . We had a long drive from home so I had groceries delivered from Walmart in Shallotte and was able to cook and grill most nights . There are plenty of spices available for cooking . We went out to eat a couple of nights too .The house is spacious and comfy, and the kids enjoyed having tvs in their rooms at night when it was time to chill out . Enjoyed sitting on the front porch relaxing at night . The best part of the house is the pool. It is clean and refreshing. We did not need to heat the pool but it was also late June .The beach is only a short walk. Michael was a great landlord and responded quickly to any questions . I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a rental for a week at Holden . My kids 12 and 14 had their scooters and electric bikes and had a blast riding in the evenings to the ice cream shop . I would’ve stayed two weeks if we could!

Great family location

This a great property ideal for a family. With our teens we felt the area lacked a little in terms of things they could do on their own away from the beach but the beach itself was great and so many families may find it's perfect for them. Michael our host was super communicative and helpful

Wonderful vacation

We reserved this property for a vacation. Day of arrival, the host contacted me to let me know the house was ready and if I needed anything, to please reach out directly. House was comfortable, and well equipped. Especially the kitchen. We have rented a number of properties on Holden Beach for the last 15 years and this one was by far the most accommodating. We reached out to out host, and he was quick to respond, and very flexible to accommodate heating the pool. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This is definitely The Place!

This was our first trip to Holden Beach and we loved everything about it. My husband, me and our 2 kids (aged 8 and 5) enjoyed every minute of our visit! The house was beautiful and conveniently located. The pool was a big plus and outdoor shower made it easy to clean off after a day at the beach! It was only a short walk to the beach which was never over crowded. Gorgeous decor, super clean and the owners were great to communicate with. Thank you! We plan to come back!
