Up On The Roof, situé au 161 Ocean Blvd East, fait partie de Seaside at Winding River, qui offre un accÚs privé à la plage, une piscine privée et un cabana club, le tout juste en face de la maison. Les locataires seront fournis avec des passes d'accÚs à l'utilisation de la piscine et de la plage. Aussi, auront accÚs à la marina sur la voie navigable inter-cÎtier.

House a Ă©tĂ© construite en 2003 avec le plan d'Ă©tage inversĂ© souhaitable de maximiser vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Surface habitable totale est de 2100 pieds carrĂ©s. Maison a quelques nouvelles mises Ă  jour, a Ă©tĂ© tout simplement ĂȘtre peint, de nouveaux planchers et moquettes et un nouvel escalier arriĂšre.
Premier étage: Suite de maßtre, grand lit, avec salle de bains privée et de la télévision. Chambre 2: lit Queen, salle de bain partagée. 3Úme chambre 2 ensembles de Pyramid couchettes (double plus complet). Salon avec télévision, idéal pour les enfants avec les systÚmes de jeu. Avant et arriÚre porches, avec balançoire et chaises à bascule.
2e étage: salon avec TV à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, et stéréo. Grande cuisine avec 4 tabourets de bar. Salle à manger peut accueillir 10. 4e chambre à coucher avec lit queen et salle de bain partagée. Avant et arriÚre porches avec de superbes vues sur la plage et l'océan - endroit idéal pour se détendre et siroter un cocktail en fin de journée.
Terrasse sur le toit: Parfait pour une vue sur le lever et le coucher du soleil, un endroit idéal pour Hangout aprÚs la plage, ou profiter de la soirée sous les étoiles.
Rez de chaussée: Nombreuses places de parking, douche extérieure privée, et le stockage. Gaz et barbecues au charbon. Balancelle et un hamac. La cour a été récemment aménagé.

Cette maison est dans un endroit idéal pour se promener à peu prÚs Everyplace sur l'ßle. Seule une courte distance à pied des restaurants de l'ßle, ainsi que les concerts gratuits, la boutique de crÚme glacée, café, kite, Boutique de location et magasin de bonbons.

En plus d'avoir la plage et l'ocĂ©an, le golf est Ă  seulement quelques minutes Ă  Lockwood Folly et terrains de golf nationale de la Caroline. En outre, certains des plus beaux de pĂȘche sur la cĂŽte Est.

Loved this house. Very clean. Beautiful decor. Plenty of room for our family. Many extra touches (hand soap, tp, bath mats, tissues, dish soap, etc) were much appreciated. Having beach chairs and sand toys was great! We spent a lot of time on the roof watching sunsets. Can’t say enough good things! Hope to return.

Great stay at Up On The Roof

We had our family of our three children and a boyfriend and girlfriend for week stay. The location and home were superb. Not a single amenity we would add. The owners were very gracious in every detail. The views of the ocean and all of the indoor and outside seating wonderful. Great spacious kitchen. Everything was like it is brand new. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

A Gem in Holden Beach

This is a wonderful beach property with direct OVs across the street from the beach and beach club where you have access to a pool. The owners provided prompt communication and answered questions thoroughly. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance and a coffee shop/beach rental place easily accessible. The house is immaculate and has every amenity you need - with a few luxury amenities as well. We appreciated the elevator especially on arrival & departure & for the larger grocery trip. We made use of the grill while enjoying some cornhole challenges. The outdoor shower was excellent & I'd say better than any indoor shower, however the indoor tiled showers were extra special as well. The main floor master shower is as large as a small walk in closet. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms & all beds were comfortable. We did notice on the king size beds that the sheets provided through the linen service really didn't fit. Maybe the kings are maybe a California King but we ended up not being able to use the fitted sheet. The main living area provided plenty of seating with the sectional sofa & 2 chairs. The kitchen had plenty utensils, plates, and glasses. The bottom level sitting area was nice too, especially if you are traveling with multiple families. Our favorite space was the covered front porch. We also enjoyed the rooftop for late night stargazing and nightcaps. When visiting Holden Beach again we will definitely return to this lovely home.

Soaking in the Sun

We had a magical time while at Holden Beach. We were able to let go and have fun because it felt like we were at home with the house Up on the Roof being ready to take in a family. We did not need anything! We didn't have to leave to make trips to the store to get something to make something. We only needed to bring ourselves and clothes. We went shopping for food once when we got there. The shopping for the teens was perfect. The shells were awesome. We made many memories here. Thank you so much for sharing your house with our family. We look forward tk future stays!

Wonderful Views - Beautiful Beach

My family and in-laws had a great stay at Up On the Roof. The house was as advertised, clean, with close proximity to to the beach. The 3rd floor entertainment space has great views of the ocean as does the roof top seating area and decks. The property owner was very responsive and kind. A+

Great beach house

Up on the Roof is a wonderful place to stay in Holden Beach. There is plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked; the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. I would definitely rent this home again.

Fantastic home in perfect location

Three generations of our family had a wonderful week at Up On The Roof! The house was super clean and fully outfitted in every way. The views from the main living floor of the ocean and shore were ideal. Then there was the rooftop deck which gave 360 degrees view of the whole area plus the night sky which we enjoyed numerous times. Our grandsons are 2 and 5 so the lush grassy backyard was a great place for them to run around and play when we weren't at the beach. Also provided is a full selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and games that we used daily. Wendy and Marc were excellent communicators and helpful in everyway possible which made the stay all the more enjoyable. The property exceeded our expectations which were pretty high going in. We can recommend Up On The Roof without reservation!

This house was perfect. Loved the location. View was A+. There was nothing we needed in the kitchen that was not already there. We appreciated all the beach chairs, sand toys and the outdoor shower! We were all so exhausted from the sun that we never used the ping pong table but had it rained, we likely would have used it including all the yard games provided.

Outstanding vacation home

I don't even know where to start! It's difficult to articulate fully how exceptional this vacation home is. Our entire rental experience essentially was perfect. We were a family group with four adults and three kids ranging from 3-16 years old. The owners are lovely. Friendly, available, and communicative. The house itself is incredible inside. As amazing as the listing photos make it look, they really don't even do it justice. It's spacious with a very well planned layout. It feels much larger than the actual square footage. It's immaculate. Tasteful, with modern furnishings and decor. The bathrooms are updated and beautiful. The house is full of light and has an airy and serene feeling. Every piece of furniture is comfortable and inviting. The beds were all firm and supportive. I'm a weirdo and bring my own sheets everywhere because I have texture issues with fabric, but the included linens were fresh and really nice. I actually would have used the sheets, which is saying a lot! The kitchen is enormous, beautiful, and super well appointed with everything you need for a trip. The beverage fridge is a great touch to free up main fridge space for food. There is so much usable outdoor space. There are multiple porches and seating areas, but the porch that includes a table and chairs off of the main living space and the roof top deck were particular favorites. The views of the ocean and the rest of the island are breathtaking. Under the house is a room full of really thoughtful items for outdoor use. Beach chairs, games, sand toys, beach canopy, etc. We got a lot of use out of the sand toys and cornhole. The outdoor shower is huge, clean, and super nice. There's even a mirror! Just as thoughtfully appointed as the rest of the property. The location cannot be beat. The clubhouse being situated directly across the street is awesome. With the layout of the parking lots on either side of the building, you essentially get all of the benefits of an ocean front view, plus access to a pool and place to rinse off sand. As nice as the outdoor shower is at the house, we barely used it because the rinse stations at the clubhouse work so well. You can walk to all of the fun commercial stuff on the island (restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream place, etc.), but are separate enough from it to not feel like you're in a commercial area. If I could give the property six stars, I would. All in all, I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Holden Beach.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Up On The Roof. It was a beautiful home in a great location. We loved the spacious living areas, especially the dining area which allowed our family to sit down and eat together. Easy access to the pool and beach areas were also a plus. None Better in Holden Beach !

This property is perfectly located in Holden Beach - great view of the ocean from the 2nd row, beach access is directly across from the property, the beach clubhouse and pool are directly across the street. The home itself is pristine with an open floor plan and the owners are great to work with.

Perfect Beach House

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. The owners are great and very helpful. The layout of the house works well for families with kids. There are multiple decks, an extra living space, and a great yard for the kids to play. The roof deck is amazing, and a great spot to watch the sunset.
