San Remo 309 vient d'être mis à jour avec les couleurs relaxantes de la plage, si populaires auprès de nos clients sur 30A. Profitez de tous les équipements auxquels vous vous attendez avec nos condos Five Star Gulf Front: Détendez-vous et rafraîchissez-vous avec les nouveaux matelas dans chacune des trois chambres.

- Chambre des maîtres avec lit king size, porte coulissante en verre donnant sur un balcon donnant sur le golfe. Salle de bain principale avec bain à remous et douche séparée, double vasque, grand placard.

Great Place

The property is a great place for family Fall Break. We love the property. The only downside is the pool is not heated in October and makes for a very cold swim. 309 is a beautiful place. Very clean and well equipped. And Your Friends at the Beach are fantastic.

Amazing vacation in Santa Rosa thanks to our YFAB Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our Seventh stay at San Remo. We drive down from Smyrna GA during our Grand kids fall break for a family week on the beach. The Condo feels like home away from home since we book the same unit each year. It is always clean and comfortable, well maintained and supplied with everything we need. It is convenient to the beach, pool and shopping. Our grandkids love everything about the experience and for 11 and 7 year olds to enjoy the stay and talk about what they will do when they get there next year, that is saying something.

There are many restaurants and seafood, takeout options within walking distance. All problems we had were immediately taken care of by on-site staff. Well definitely use San Remo in the future.

Its nice and quiet in the fall when we visit, beach is never crowded, complex is gated, condo well taken care of, I could easily live here full time. Very close to Gulf Place and shops/restaurants. Anytime we have a question or need assistance, Tory is there to help, their entire team is excellence at its best.

The beach chairs included in the rental were a plus. The location was very convenient - can walk to Gulf Place, short drive to Publix, and 20 minutes from Sandestin and Seaside. The condo was clean. We did have an issue with the shower head in the master bath but hubby was able to fix it.

Fantastic Unit!

We will definitely book this unit again. Very happy with the cleanliness, room set up, location, etc! We have stayed in Santa Rosa the last several years. This was the cleanest unit yet!

In love with San Remo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time in the 3 bedroom condo. We had an issue with the internet but Adam was able to walk us through resetting the router right away. In addition we found some dirty dishes in the cabinets and the cooking utensils displayed in the cabinet were not clean. I advised Adam and he was very kind and apologetic about it. He explained sometimes their cleaning crew overlook things and guest sometimes put dirty dishes back in the cabinet. We understand that things happen and we cleaned the dishes we needed. The complex is so family friendly and my grands met so many new friends and played with them in the pool and the beach. We will be back again next year!!! PS would like to know the brand and scent of the foaming hand soap that was provided.

Beds were comfortable, house was spotless, outside deck was a great place to relax. Loved the app! Lots of information including all the codes for access to the various places. Nice little downtown area as well.

October 2022 Stay

Wonderful place, roomy and clean. Great communication with rental company. The balcony was our favorite with a beautiful view of ocean and pool. Kitchen well stocked. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Gated with plenty parking. Fast elevators. Employee cleaning the pool daily. Only suggestion would have been for the pool to be heated in the fall however the large hot tub helps when cooler outside. Walkable to ice cream and several good places to eat. Beach was wonderful- not crowded and loved the chairs that came with it. We would rent again.

May 2021 Stay

It was a pleasure to spend our vacation week in R309 at San Remos! The condo is decorated beautifully and had several extras that were a nice surprise! We loved the extra large balcony with comfortable seating for all. The weather as well as the beach was perfect! We loved our stay so much that we have already scheduled another week for next year and are making plans for more family fun.

Thanksgiving stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at San Remo, we were moved into 309 because required maintenance was being done on the balcony's and breezeways. Our view of the ocean was perfect. Our unit neat and comfortable. Only concern was the cleaner's maybe are taking advantage of the construction and not doing a good job of mopping the floors and dusting, most things in the unit had a layer of dust on them and the floor was not clean. We wear or socks inside and there was no reason for us having dirty socks if the unit ad just been cleaned recently.

All good!

Everything was as pictured and described. I thought the walk to beach would be longer than it was. It was an easy walk to beach even with a 2 year old. We really liked the oversized hot tub and pool. The complimentary beach chairs were great. The poolside large, clean bath was very convenient. Easy 1/4-1/3 mile walk to area with restaurants and gift shops. We appreciated the welcome gifts from YFAB! The unit was pretty and clean. Loved the large balcony with comfortable seating. The place was well stocked. We only cooked breakfast and ate lunch in unit, but could have easily cooked dinner there if we had wanted. I would definitely rent again if needing same bedding setup for my family.
