The condo is on the third, and top floor which is quiet. Third-floor balconies overlook gorgeous community pools, and are next to the handsomely landscaped community area, which includes a fully equipped fitness center, two spectacular pools, and a hot tub.

The first pool is 1,700 square feet with a thrilling infinity edge that overlooks and vanishes into the crystal Gulf waters. The second pool is 8,000 square feet with three tiers, an elaborate fountain, and two waterfalls.

Completely renovated with all new furnishings and appliances, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is beautifully decorated and comfortably sleeps 8. The spacious kitchen and living room opens to a large balcony that overlooks the gorgeous pool area.

Wonderful Stay

Our family got away to celebrate our oldest child’s graduation and our stay was perfect! The unit was exactly like the pictures, very clean (and I am a true neat-freak), a perfect layout for a family of five where everyone had their own bed and our daughter even had her own room. We could walk to the beach and ice cream, and we had everything needed to make meals at the rental. The balcony was super spacious. The pool was amazing. The management company was really incredible with communication. We have no complaints whatsoever and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again.

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit updated and nicely appointed. Perfect location beachfront with two beautiful pool options. The managed company was very responsive and loved the complementary cups and towels. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful furnish condo!!!

Adagio was the best decision staying in Blue mountain as perfect location to all things in Santa Rosa Beach! The beds slept well and kitchen had everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend this condo. Love the couch and ease to pool right below. Short walk to beach, coffee shop, or restaurant down the road. Fitness center located near pool has enough equipment for a basic workout. If you area heavy weight lifter a gym is right up road and I am sure they allow walk ins. Five star beach as well kept by all! Oh yeah condo has bicycles too, but we did not use as we walked to most places.

Beautiful home, great location!

The condo was simply stunning. The view overlooking the pool was beautiful during the daytime or at night. It was just a short walk to the beach which was not overly crowded. It was easy to ride bikes or walk into town for meals. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfection!

This condo is perfect! It is large and well appointed and beautiful! We loved the large outdoor patio space, the beautiful furnishings and the property as a whole. The pools were a great break from the beach (which is REALLY crowded due to private restrictions on either side of the property). We will definitely be back!!

Loved Adagio and the Location

We loved the condo, especially the large patio. It was clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. There were a few restaurants, and places to get ice cream and coffee within walking distance. There were many more options a bike ride or short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

January 2021 Stay

Our stay at Sunsets at Adagio F302 was wonderful. My teenage daughter and I were visiting 30A for the first time and we fell in love. The unit was very clean, well managed, and easy to access. The beds were comfortable and we felt very much “at home” during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, we had everything we needed. The huge balcony was the perfect place to sit and have a cocktail (or mocktail for the teen), while overlooking the pool area. You could see a little of the ocean too! It had 2 great lounge chairs and a dining table where we spent a lot of our time. The large pool area was well maintained and pristine. The walk to the beach was super easy....only took a couple of minutes from the condo door to the sand. The heated pool (closer to the beach) was perfect for my daughter to do some laps and the scenery was next level! We watched several sunsets from the private beach and it was something I will forever cherish. It was a beautiful place to make family memories. We will be back!

December 2020 Stay

CLEAN! That is the first word that comes to mind. Everything was nice and clean and in order. The condo was well stocked for cooking meals in. The Adagio is a beautiful well kept complex with a large pool and only steps from the beach for relaxing and great sunset views. We would definitely stay at F302 again when coming to Blue Mountain Beach.

The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the pool. The only complaint I have is the bed and bedding were not comfortable. We only had 3 standard pillows for a king size bed and they were very poor quality.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire family went to Florida this year. We were pleased with our stay. Great location and very accommodating. The only issue we ran into was a broken balcony door handle which made it impossible to lock the door. Since we were on the 3rd floor it wasn't a big deal.

Loved being close to Seaside without all the hassle of parking and crowds. It's a beautiful spot on the beach. There's plenty of little shops and restaurants in walking or biking distance. Two bikes were available for this unit.

Great location and property

Everything was fantastic. The air conditioner seems to have a set cut off time. Have to make sure it is still on when you go to bed or it gets hot at night. Door code did not work when we got there and took about 20 minutes to get a hold of someone to reset it. Other than that it was great. Great pool. Short walk to beach. I would recommend the beach chairs and umbrella rentals. Makes it so nice to go without having to carry a lot of stuff. Also plan to make reservations at restaurants . A couple of months in advance.

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay for a week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very relaxing week at Adagio. This property as well as our unit are all upscale and very well maintained. The beach is your usual white sand beach that we all love for this area. The unit is nicely furnished in a more formal fashion as opposed to a beachy fashion. Roomy balcony to eat on or just lounge on for an afternoon nap. Plenty of room for 6 to 8 persons. A third party has the concession for beach umbrellas and lounge chairs. They book up ahead of your week, so recommend pre-booking before you arrive. You will be glad you did. Only negative comment I have relates to confusion on whether two bikes were included or not. So if bikes are a consideration, be sure to confirm in writing prior to booking.

Great Getaway!

This was our second time staying at an Adagio property, and once again, it was a great experience! We did a little extra cleaning and there were a few minor maintenance items, but nothing that would deter us from a return. The management company seemed very easy to deal with had we decided to get anything worked on, and the property amenities is exactly what we were looking for to have a quiet and relaxing vacation for our small family. The description of the property, especially the glimpse of the gulf which sold us on giving it a try, was spot on. Thank you for having us, and we hope to be back again soon!

Great Place to Stay

We loved staying at Adagio. Location was convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Gated security a plus. We did have some appliances needing repair/replacement and the management team was very prompt to communicate and take care of those. Only negatives for us was lots of steps to access beach (hard when you have bad knees) and the heated pool needs more lighting for night swimming. The lack of lighting is to the point of being dangerous. Hoping they correct that, but it was great to have the option of a heated pool since we were there in March.
