Parfait refuge sur la plage de Marco Island.

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement ... ce condo est situé dans l'emplacement parfait sur Marco Island! Juste en face de la plage avec l'accÚs public / passerelle à quelques pas. Restaurants, boutiques et activités amusantes à distance de marche. Le condo est au coin du minou du magnifique JW Marriott récemment rénové et de Residence Beach.

Notre condo est l'une des seules unités avec vue sur le golfe et le coucher du soleil (5e étage), balcon en plein air, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale et entiÚrement rénové (2016). Cela comprend: de nouveaux meubles, une cuisine spacieuse avec ßlot et tous les accessoires, y compris des comptoirs en granit, une baignoire avec vanité en granit et une douche / baignoire, du carrelage dans la cuisine et le salon, un balcon ouvert et une connexion Wi-Fi / cùble gratuite. La chambre principale a un lit queen-size récemment acheté et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La location comprend des chaises de plage avec parasol, des nouilles, une piscine chauffée, un court de tennis / pickleball et un grill prÚs de la salle à manger extérieure.

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable and most importantly, quiet. The beach access directly across the street is perfect and so convenient. The owners communicated detailed instructions in advance and have thought of little details - like beach supplies including a cooler bag and small cooler. The unit has a Keurig coffee maker and a small drip coffee maker. This was our 4th year coming to Marco but first staying at this condo but my husband and I will definitely book again for our future trips.

This is my second stay at this condo and it could not be more convenient and perfectly located on the island to get to everything easily. There is beach access and the condo has all the things you need for a day at the beach. When in Marco, this is the perfect place to stay.

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very clean and was in a great location. It is directly across from the beach access way. The beach is gorgeous. The complex also had a nice pool which had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We had a great time and would return.

Great condo in Marco

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 3 nights and we would highly recommend. It was the ideal location across from the public beach access! Highlights: Assigned parking spot, elevator access to 5th floor, balcony with a great view (a little bit of the water too!), quiet & clean condo, stocked with necessities & had all the beach needs including chairs, wagon, mat, towels etc. The owner was very responsive and helped us with a lock issue very quickly. Overall this is a great place to stay on Marco. Condo needs a little TLC but is updated and comfortable.

Marco Island Condo for 2

We stayed on Marco Island for a conference. The Marriott was booked but we wanted to be close enough to walk to the conference. This condo exceeded our expectation. It was convenient for the conference, very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The fact that we had easy access to and a view of the Gulf was a bonus. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect getaway

The condo was an absolutely perfect place for our little escape. The location to the public beach couldn't be more perfect. It had everything we needed and more for my husband and I. There was a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Kitchen accessories were abundant for cooking meals, beach & bath towels, etc. Ian was easily accessible to communicate with. Zero complaints. 100% recommend, we would go back in a heartbeat!

10/10 VRBO in Marco

My husband and I vacationed in Marco Island. We haven't been there in 14 years and was excited to see the changes. We normally stay at the Marriott but wanted to stay in a condo. WOW - this is the best condo we ever rented. Great location - beach access is right across the street and can walk to many restaurants. Check in process was easy and the host even lists several ideas for dinner and other tips. Any questions i had were answered right away. i never felt so at home as I did in this condo. It is beautifully decorated. I can't wait to come back!! This entire vacation was definitely a 10/10

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in a beach vacation rental. The location was unbeatable - having easy beach access with pool and tennis courts on premises as well as restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay including beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Ian was very responsive to all questions. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Vacation with a view

I have to thank Ian for sharing his property with us Right when you walk in you’re impressed by the view from the living room/kitchen area, wall to wall glass doors, what a spectacular view. Let me not forget to mention that the beach access is directly across the street from the property. Assigned parking is close to the entrence. Unit was super clean and property instructions very clear. We will definitely stay here again when we have a chance.

Perfect location in a very well maintained condo property. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, movie theater AND the beach is directly in front of us with easy access.

Kitty corner from JW Marriott. Cozy (5 floors), well maintained and safe condominium complex that allows you to relax and get to know people. Direct access to beach. Completely renovated condo that has its own washer and dryer as well as TV' in master bedroom and living area. Open concept, great kitchen space with views of the ocean through entire living area. Watch the sunsets from the balcony and enjoy the comforts of island living.
