The water ingress you mention was a direct consequence of this extraordinary situation — something that affected not only our property, but many others across the area, including well-maintained homes. It is therefore misleading to present this as a general state of disrepair. Regarding the rest of your remarks, we find them exaggerated and not consistent with the usual condition and standards of the villa, which is regularly maintained and inspected. Cleanliness and functionality are priorities for us, and had these issues been as described under normal circumstances, they would have been addressed immediately. It is also important to note that extreme weather conditions can temporarily impact elements such as humidity, drainage smells, and outdoor cleanliness, all of which were directly linked to the storm and not to neglect or lack of maintenance.
